Could you explain your actions step by step to reproduce the problem?
Also, keep in mind that you can create attributes with terms from Products > Attributes.
1) Either remove that page (Dashboard > Pages > remove xstore-icons page) if you don’t need it or exclude it from the index using roboots.txt file.
2) Provide us with WP Dashboard access to check the settings and help you with cache plugin installation to speed up your site.

If you did not disable sidebar in the Theme Options http://prntscr.com/r053rg every newly created page will have sidebar with default content (search) even if the main sidebar area is empty. If you wan to remove sidebar for the pages either disable it in the Theme Options > Blog (it will turn off sidebar for all the pages and blog) or you can disable sidebar for the page only using page options http://prntscr.com/r055bz
If you don’t want to disable sidebar but just to remove the demo content from the sidebar widget area then go to Appearance > Widgets > add the empty text widget to the Main sidebar.
Provide us with temporary WP Dashabrod access to your site to check the issue with the breadcrumbs.

You chose 6 columns layout in the mega menu settings http://prntscr.com/r04jbp but created only 5 columns, that’s why you have the empty space at the right side. Change the number of columns to 5 in the 8theme menu options.
If you want to have all the columns with equal height then use rows layout instead of columns and equal height option http://prntscr.com/r048mc I have created an example below your row.

Look, we are confused by your question a little bit because it was not very clear.
Are you asking about CSS styles for the product? They are located at style.css and xstore.css depending on option http://prntscr.com/qyzn5t
If you want to change the CSS styles use child theme and child theme style.css to overwrite only styles you want to change. Don’t edit parent theme files!
But to be sure that we understand your request could you provide me an example of changes you want to implement? Tell me what exactly in single product page layout do you want to change?
