Iphone x error. Iphone can not open our layout, forside. Theme layout don't work

Hello,

Try to temporarily disable all third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/Plugins/Included_Plugins , and check how it works then. Let us know the result.

Hello,

Go to Theme Options > Nice Scroll > try to turn off the option and check again. If it does not help then provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.

Hello,

We have checked your site and missing images. Seems that you use webp format of the images that is not supported by Safari https://discussions.apple.com/thread/250073758
So, your issue is not related to our theme but to images format that you use. Upload png or jpg images to avoid problem. We re-uploaded your logo and icon in png format and it works http://prntscr.com/qxae84

We don’t use webp file type to website, but I try to finde plugin to change images.

We need to put 100 product to shop page. We have just 36 products now.
Is it possible to change nummer of products in the shop page.

1) Did you enable WPBakery editor for the Static Blocks http://prntscr.com/qyvfte ?

2) Follow the docs https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/Menu_Set_Up/Mega_Menu
Or provide us with mockup of the mega menu you want to create, we’ll check and tell you if it’s possible and create an example.

Our theme does not have such steps. Do you use third-party plugin to implement this? Then contact plugin author to solve the problem with the translation of their plugin strings.

We opload png image to ours produkter, but home page and shop page show webp image format. This format can not show on iphone. Do you know how system change image format on shop page.
