Hi How can I fix the drop menu left and right alignments? https://prnt.sc/qzsr2q
It is is not in the middle, it is more to left, right side is empty. Thanks

Hello,

You chose 6 columns layout in the mega menu settings http://prntscr.com/r04jbp but created only 5 columns, that’s why you have the empty space at the right side. Change the number of columns to 5 in the 8theme menu options.

I need clear guidance from you, the way it goes so far is like: please go and watch our tutorial and thats all. if this support will be like this I would like to refund. Please clarify for me.

and I tried what you mentioned about Category and pages above, it didn’t work, So Im not sure if you are guiding me in right way, I had few examples, Time is passing and Im no where with my website. It is messy.

let me know how you want to help me, if is going to be the same way until today I need a refund, it didnt work.

Use the next URL https://xstore.8theme.com/home/, not this one https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/ (because wpbakery is used on your site, not Elementor, and page that was created using Elementor, can’t be imported in such way).
Please note that page content doesn’t include the site header and Footer.

We can import the page for you, in case you provide temporary wp-admin access via the Private Content area here.

2/ “in Single Product the drop list, some has symbol of inches some dont” – attributes it is something you created, to edit them, please go to Products > Arrtibutes > Size > edit attributes (it is in case you created them globally; without wp-admin access, we can’t check settings on your site).
