Promo text white space after closing and does not really disappear

Hi, there’s a little bug regarding the promo text. I’ve reproduced the images.

After closing, there’s a white space in the header.

Also, if you were to scroll all the way back up, the promo text is still there.

But if you were to click another link, it’s totally fine. There’s no more promo text as expected.

So this just affects the immediate page.
