3) Contact plugin author and ask what WooCommerce action do they use for their function to display the label and also this function name.
That’s very strange because WP did not remove the languages folder during update as a rule. Transaction files could be removed only during theme update if you placed them to wp-content/themes/xstore/languages folder. Folder mentioned on your screenshot also is suitable.

Yes, you should copy and replace the following folder /wp-content/themes/legenda and also would be better to copy and replace /wp-content/plugins/legenda-core. We have not released version 4.3 yet but plan to do this. 4.3 version is compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce that’s why I uploaded this version to your site.

You can use Product categories widget, it works at the simple pages. To display brands you can use Brand List widget http://prntscr.com/s1251s
But filter widgets won’t work because filter function requires special WooCommerce hooks to filter products.

h1 tag in breadcrumbs is related to page/product/post title, so not sure why this is bad for SEO. Anyway if you want to edit breadcrumbs structure and tags (xstore/templates/breadcrumbs.php) there is no way than additional customization, unfortunately.

Such widgets as the Filter by brand or Filter products by attribute are special widgets that work at the WooCommerce archive pages only (Shop page and product categories), they do not work at simple pages according to WooCommerce plugin specific.
Reupload parent legenda theme folder from the staging site to production. And of course, add the FA icon to the menu the same way as it was made at the staging site.

1) These fonts are icon fonts. XStore icon font is required to display icons and the other one comes from Revolution slider. So, there is no any text related to these fonts, only icons.
