Hi,

I used Raw html to embed a video. But the video cannot play on phone. May I ask why?

Hello,

It is independent of our theme. Most mobile platforms (iOS in particular) refuse to autoplay video to avoid potentially ruinous data charges.

What element can I use to embed an mp4 video without the frame? Just like the current video?

Hello,

I don’t see any frame on your site for the video that you used, so I don’t understand the problem. Could you provide screenshot for better understanding?

The current video on the website is built by the Raw html element, it has no frame but it cannot play on phone.
What I am asking is, is there any other way to embed an mp4 video that has no frame+can be played on phone.

Hello,

Unfortunately, I don’t know such ways. Maybe try Revolution slider and Hero Scene type and add the play button for the mobile only to play/stop the video layer. Not sure.
