There is no way to collapse categories during loading because script collapses the categories and if the site speed is not very good then script is loaded slowly and you see the expanded categories till the script fully loaded.
2) Don’t see problem with the “Open Product Categories Widget By Default” option on the shop page. Categories are closed https://gyazo.com/21fea1fbf9997fc77c18bfae49ae7ee3 It opens only if you go to subcategory and displays your current location http://prntscr.com/s43234

1) If issue persits even with the default theme https://gyazo.com/163b3ec01d2982c703b48c26cf554052 it means that our theme is not the reason of the problem and we can do noting. Try to disable third-party plugins, maybe one of them causes the issue. Or contact WooCommerce support. Theme support is able to help only in case issue caused by theme, other problems are outside the scope of our support.
2) Appearance > Themes > there is default theme Storefront. It used to test if your issue with the third-party plugin is related to our theme or not. If problem persists even with the default theme then you need to contact plugin author, we are not able to help you.
4) We have already updated bundled plugins but you will know for the future.
5) Are you logged in or logged out when trying to use a reset password link?

Problem was caused by the title of the custom widget area with : https://prnt.sc/s41s1p that generated the js error http://prntscr.com/s41tk0 I have removed the custom widget area and was able to import options. Don’t use special symbols in the custom widget area title.

Because our search has option to search by posts, pages, SKU, projects and of course it increases the time. Try to disable them http://prntscr.com/s3sech , set Do Ajax Search After … Characters to 3 and check the search after that.

Enable the default WP theme (storefront or Twenty nineteen) and check if you have access to Appearance > Customizer. It seems that your issue is related to WP installation and you just don’t have access to customizer and to our theme options because they are based on customizer.

Both screenshots are the same. Unfortunately, the default WPBakery element does not have option to change the style of the arrows, so it’s possible only by additional customization of the styles but I don’t know what design you want and can’t suggest anything.
Also, if you build sliders you may take a look at the Revolution slider (comes bundled with theme), it also has advanced settings for the slider navigation and for the responsive.
