    When you scroll down on a product page for example:

    https://www.westsocks.com/product/red-argyle-socks/

    You will see what happens in the image link here:

    Hello,

    You can disable “Sticky Add To Cart Bar” in Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Single product page > Single product layout.
    It looks fine – http://prntscr.com/rvvs44 for me in the Chrome browser. What browser do you use? Have you tried to clear the cache?

    Regards

    That is very strange. I tested it on both MacBook and Surface Pro and had the same issue in Google Chrome.

    Hello,

    We can’t see the problem on your site. Please make sure that the cache of your browsers is cleared and there are no additional extensions that may affect page displaying.

    Hello,

    This problem is not visible for us (checked on different devices and browsers).
    Do you see the problem on our demo?
    Is it occurs on all products on your site?

    Regards

    This is super weird. Yeh, it happens on all the products. The add to cart button is just super big and the # is at the top.

    Hello,

    At your screenshot I see the “OR” http://prntscr.com/rz02mu but there is no this when I’m checking the product http://prntscr.com/rz03fh
    What is that? And how can I get it? Because I suppose the issue is related to that element.

    Regards

    Hey this is super weird. I flushed the cache and tried incognito and it worked. It looks like when I am logged in the error occurs.

    I do have 2 other quick questions.

    1) How do I edit the default “sorting” to sort by “popularity”.
    2) Is there a way to rearrange tabs on product pages?
    3) I would like to change the color of the sale text price to red. When I added this css it works on the sale page but on every other page makes the price text red.

    .content-product .products-page-cats, .content-product .products-page-cats a, .content-product .products-page-brands, .content-product .products-page-brands a, .content-product .price {
    color: #c62828;
    }

    Hello,

    1) Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce (Shop) > Product catalog > Default Product Sorting
    2) There is no such option, by default.
    3)

    .content-product .price del span {
        color: #c62828;
    }

    I do have one issue. When I try to add a static block “other socks” to the menu item “other socks”. The menu doesn’t save anymore. Any ideas?

    Thanks,

    Matt

    Got it.

    Lastly, when you add more than $45 to the cart you are able to get free shipping, but when your dollar amount is above $45 and you use the promotion code new2520s3 and the amount is still over $45, the Free Shipping doesn’t appear? Any idea?

    Thanks,

    Matt

    Hello,

    Does it happen with our theme only? Does everything work fine with the Storefront theme? We are able to help only in case issue appear with the XStore theme only and default WooCommerce things work fine with the default WooCommerce theme. In case the default WooCommerce things do not work even with the default theme we can do nothing, not because we don’t want to help but because problem is not related to theme files. We are responsible for our code and our settings only.

    Ok I will make some checks and see in a test environment. Can you take a look at my mobile site http://www.westsocks.com. I have had a few customers reach out and say that when they click the navigation there is quite a bit of a delay before it loads?

    Thanks,

    Hello,

    Probably you are using the centered type of the menu. This type uses Ajax to display menu content and time of the delay depends on your server response time and optimized DB structure https://gyazo.com/2050fabd9b8d1afb8ac69b9ef0434b95 Compare to our demo results https://gyazo.com/1fe95807ac31e9e3f57b46a12a15c250
    So, either change the mobile menu type to left (it uses simple CSS to show/hide menu) or reduce the server response time.

    Regards
