    I didn’t know where to post problem, I hope this is the right section

    1) How many products you have at the shop page when the default theme (Storefront) is enabled? ….. 60 products, but I only see 8 products …. only shop page, the categories are ok
    2) Does it work if the default WooCommerce theme (Storefront) is enabled?…. I don’t know what you mean by storefront, where should I enable? considers that the problem is with admin user dokan
    3) You have disabled hover effect http://prntscr.com/s3innz there is no place to show the quick view. …Resolved
    4) How did you try to update plugin? Did you follow theme documentation https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update….I try to update by instructions, then I’ll update you
    5) Don’t see mentioned issue https://gyazo.com/1c592e880054bfe20ebd5b487d64b4b0….. in my case it doesn’t work, I don’t understand, if you want I can make videos

    Hello,

    1) If issue persits even with the default theme https://gyazo.com/163b3ec01d2982c703b48c26cf554052 it means that our theme is not the reason of the problem and we can do noting. Try to disable third-party plugins, maybe one of them causes the issue. Or contact WooCommerce support. Theme support is able to help only in case issue caused by theme, other problems are outside the scope of our support.

    2) Appearance > Themes > there is default theme Storefront. It used to test if your issue with the third-party plugin is related to our theme or not. If problem persists even with the default theme then you need to contact plugin author, we are not able to help you.
    4) We have already updated bundled plugins but you will know for the future.
    5) Are you logged in or logged out when trying to use a reset password link?
