Xstore crashed on my site. Unable to login to wp-admin

    The Xstore theme has crashed on my site.
    Wordpress automatically disabled it and the site is now on safe mode.
    I am unable to login to the wp-admin page.
    The wp-admin can only be accessed through the recovery mail sent to my registered email id.

    for this information.

    Hello,

    Provide us with FTP and WP Dashboard access to your site. Seems you did not update both theme and XStore core plugin to the latest versions.

    As I told you in the previous message you did not update theme http://prntscr.com/s434j7
    Please, watch the video tutorial on how to update theme https://youtu.be/xMEoi3rKoHk and follow this next time. Don’t update XStore core plugin without theme update!
