It’s not related to our theme. This is something that you customized.

1) Go to Theme Options > Header builder > Newsletter > edit content. If you want to remove it then just remove Newsletter from the header content.

2) Can’t check the issue because don’t have access to your site http://prntscr.com/tmqyz0

public_html/index.php is not the theme file.

Our theme is completely compatible with the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce. So we are sure that the theme is not the reason of the issue. Files you highlighted are core WP files, it’s not theme files. Sometimes cron slows down the WP but it’s WP option, it’s not theme option.
We would like to help you but we could do this only in case problem appears with our theme only. In your case, it’s slow even with the default WP theme.

We have tested your site with the default WP theme Storefront https://tools.pingdom.com/#5cddda3996400000
and with the XStore https://tools.pingdom.com/#5cddd81f97c00000
As you can see with the XStore theme speed results are even better. So, I think you need to contact your hosting provider to speed up the site because theme is not the reason of the problem.

We would like to help you but we think that issue is not related to our theme but to some server settings or DB. Because even with the default WP theme site is very slow. Theme support does not have deal with the server settings. Only with theme files and options. Files and options are ok. So, I would suggest you to contact you hosting provider and ask them to take a closer look at the site speed issue. If you think that our theme is the reason of the problem we are ready to give you refund.
