Closed my ticket too quick - by Maximus - on WordPress WooCommerce support

My ticket was #244979 i closed too quick. when I go to edit my homepage with bakery builder I get this

“Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@metalbound.com to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”

the “Internal Server Error” also happens when i try and edit pages with wp bakery or elementor, please help

Hello,

1) So, which page builder do you plan to use WPBakery or Elementor?
2) Contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the SubstituteMaxLineLength.
Or add those rules to your .htaccess file:
```
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
```

I mean guess Ill just use wpbakery. I added that line to my .htaccess and Im still getting the error page when i try to edit a page =(

Hello,

All these errors are related to your server settings and to speed-contact-bar plugin. So, contact your hosting provider, show them these errors, ask to check the server errors that only they have access to in more detail and to fix the server settings to avoid these errors. Theme support can do nothing with this because all of this is the server settings.

I turned the speed bar off. that has nothing to do with it. ALSO When I turn w bakery off im able to edit the pages with no error,

for some reason I only get the error when wpbakery or elementor are on. this happened before i installed elementor also

i found the problem….its massive addons for wpbakery, so i try to use elementor and get the same error UNTIL i turn off xstore core

Hello,

I’m trying to explain to you that issue is related to server limits. If you use all the mentioned plugins it requires some resources.

So, please, take my answer to account: contact your hosting provider, ask them to check the server error logs and fix all the moments related to server settings that cause the errors.
