If your customer buys the Downloadable product https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/#section-15 he gets access there. It’s not theme option, it’s the WooCommerce plugin option. If you want to remove that tab go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > clear the Downloads endpoints.

If you want to edit the layout of the desktop version I would recommend you use the Single product builder (Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product) and using columns width, alignment, settings create layout you need. Use the Yellow pencil plugin only if you want to create such styles as font-size, color. It does not work correctly with the position of elements very often.
All these errors are related to your server settings and to speed-contact-bar plugin. So, contact your hosting provider, show them these errors, ask to check the server errors that only they have access to in more detail and to fix the server settings to avoid these errors. Theme support can do nothing with this because all of this is the server settings.

Update for the Subscriptio plugin is available https://gyazo.com/daf318d4789693ed54b87ad190cf27f3 So, don’t see problem with that.
Besides, I would not recommend you to keep enabled plugins that you don’t really use because every additional plugin slows down the site. For example, I see that you installed and keep activated 2 page builders: WPBakery and Elementor. These plugins are heavy plugins and it would better to choose one of them and use it as the main editor of your site.

Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product builder > move the tabs element from the 100% section to second column http://prntscr.com/tnd945 Edit tabs element to add custom tabs, change the tabs order etc.
We can’t log in to your Dashboard because you did not provide the username.
