The theme works very slowly and consumes all server resources

Hello
You got a problem with me in the theme
And I changed the theme
But when the page is loaded the server resources are completely consumed
The server company told me that the theme is a problem
Can you help me with this topic or tell me what should I do?

Hello,

Did you try to switch to any other theme, for example to Storefront? What results do you get with default theme? Could you provide screenshots of the server usage when our theme is enabled and with the default theme? You can use Gyazo tool to make screenshot or gif.

Hello,

We would like to help you but we think that issue is not related to our theme but to some server settings or DB. Because even with the default WP theme site is very slow. Theme support does not have deal with the server settings. Only with theme files and options. Files and options are ok. So, I would suggest you to contact you hosting provider and ask them to take a closer look at the site speed issue. If you think that our theme is the reason of the problem we are ready to give you refund.

There are several WordPress sites
But
Only this site got these problems

Hello,

Our theme is completely compatible with the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce. So we are sure that the theme is not the reason of the issue. Files you highlighted are core WP files, it’s not theme files. Sometimes cron slows down the WP but it’s WP option, it’s not theme option.
We would like to help you but we could do this only in case problem appears with our theme only. In your case, it’s slow even with the default WP theme.

Hello,

Theme files are located in wp-content/themes/xstore folder.
public_html/index.php is not the theme file.
We can help with theme installation but we don’t install WP, sorry. https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy
