Slider menu issue - by ubernaut - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    we were trying to use a higher resolution background image for the slider and it has caused the slider to overrun the menu i tried adjusting the settings but maybe i don’t understand slider revolution well enough to fix it, no matter i enter for height it still does this:

    Could you, please, provide us with temporary WP Dashboard access to your site to check the settings and help you?
