Problem with zoom on single product - by Andrea Brandone

Hi, I have updated both the theme and woocommerce to the latest version but I have a problem with the zoom of the first image within the single product. The strange thing is that it doesn’t happen with everyone but with some. You don’t see the zoom in the first image while in the product gallery you can.

Hi,

Thanks for using our theme.
Try to temporarily disable all third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache, and check how the zoom works then.
If the problem is independent of plugins, provide temporary FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
Do you have the problem with this particular product only? If so, try to reupload the featured image. Let us know the result.

Hello,
the products where it doesn’t work are many …
I tried to disable the plugins nothing has changed.
Yesterday everything worked, this morning after updating the theme and woocommerce has stopped working.

Hello,

Thank you. I have passed your issue to our developers. They will be able to start on Monday only. Take my great apologies for this delay.
We have changed the loading type for the images to LQIP and zoom works. But on Monday our developers will check why it does not work with the Lazy Loading.
