Scales the image as large as possible without stretching the image. If the proportions of the image differ from the element, it is cropped either vertically or horizontally so that no empty space remains.
So, if you want to minimize cropping on the mobile device then set the Layer area size to fit your image proportions. For example, if your image is 1200×628 then set this width x height in the layer grid settings for the desktop and 480×251 for the mobile. Then you’ll get http://prntscr.com/vhxgvz

We removed fonts/yanone-kaffeesatz/ folder and resaved fonts from Theme Options and it changed the path to the correct one.

We have checked your .htaccess file and don’t see the mentioned code http://prntscr.com/vhvarw Probably your server generates it again after some time after your changes and removes that code. Because once I added code and tried to edit the header it works for a few mins and then again it generates the error and when I check the .htaccess code is missing. So, solve this moment with your hosting provider in the server settings. We won’t be able to proceed with the issues because this one is the beginning of all the others.

All the mentioned files are not related toour theme, probably you used some third-party plugins to add metrix. We can do nothing with this because we are able to help only with theme options.
If you need help with the personal site optimization you can submit request to the optimization team here because unable to provide personal optimization service under our Support Policy.
Do you use CDN http://prntscr.com/vhtokm ? Could you, please, disable it while we updating the theme? Because we can’t see changes because of the cached JS and CSS files.

You can import only simple pages, you can’t import archive pages (shop, product categories, products, posts, blog page). To create shop page with products go to Pages > create Shop page if you don’t have it. Then go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > choose the shop page from the list http://prntscr.com/vhjn12
To create product categories go to Products > Categories > create categories you need.
