Footer´s background color disappeared after theme update

I posted this ticked before but no one has attended tome. This is urgent and must be given priority.

After updating the theme my site has a problem with the footer background colour. It is all white https://i.imgur.com/zfXjXqR.png. I tried changing it but couldn´t. However, after editing the I was able to change the footer background colour as seen here https://i.imgur.com/WSJTAvJ.png. However, the products couldn´t be seen. I got this https://i.imgur.com/EqI9drG.png. I restore the backup. Please help change the footer background colour to how it was without the front page breaking down.

Master Slider Pro refused to also update- Please to update.

Hello,

Please set the administrator role for the user, so we can access Theme Options and other settings (go to Users > edit user > Role > set Administrator > Save, then reply back here).

Have you checked and it did not work? The detail I sent you is for the administrator so I don´t under what administrator you referring to. Kindly check

I also can´t create attributes and variation. The pipeline for separating values does not work.

I have created product variation for many years so looking into a link is not the issue. You have to examine first before pushing to the link. I have made a video to show that the attributes don´t create. See the private area
