Hello,
1) We don’t have checkboxes for the menu. If you want to disable scroll go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page filters > disable the Sidebar Widgets With Scrollable Content option.
2) a) Go to Theme Options > Header builder > edit the bottom header and add the margin http://prntscr.com/vgx6cg b) Maybe some of categories are empty? c) Go to Theme Options > Header builder > header Sticky > enable the Main header sticky http://prntscr.com/vgx7g2
3) Account menu is at the top header as I can see. If you want to add the login form to page content use WooCommerce shortcode [woocommerce_my_account]
To enable registration go to WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy > Allow customers to create an account on the “My account” page
Provide us also with the WP Dashboard access to your site.

2) You may try to optimize theme images if you get bad results with them but as a rule, we use the optimized images.
