1) If you installed the Elementor demo you need to use Elementor builder previously enabled for the static blocks https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/ to edit Static block content. So, to edit footer just go to Static Blocks > edit Footer block using elementor.
2) The same for the mega menu. Just edit items https://prnt.sc/10i4nbh and change title and links to what you need
3) To change the permalinks go to Settings > Permalins > choose the way you need https://prnt.sc/10i4oie

Our theme options based on the Kirki framework and unfortunately this framework uses a lot of resources. We are working on recoding to solve this issue. But it takes time because as you know theme hastens options and header builder and single product builder. We need to improve performance but keep work all of them.
We can suggest nothing, unfortunately, before the release which will include this optimization.

If you did not update the theme too long then create staging site (full copy of the existing), provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your staging site, we’ll update theme and all the bundled plugins. You’ll check if everything is ok and then we’ll move update to your production. 6.2.9 version of theme is old version and we don’t recommend update production without staging to the latest version.

Nope, because the WooCommerce plugin does not mark out-of-stock variations as out-of-stock if the product has a lot of variations, it adds this information only after form refresh once you chose the variation. We tried to change this from our side but with no luck. So, you may try to contact WooCommerce support if they could hide out of stock variations.
I found this topic https://wordpress.org/support/topic/hide-out-of-stock-from-variation-dropdown/ But plugin is paid and we did not test it with our theme, so don’t have information about compatibility.
1) You can’t delete the default header structure. But you can choose to show the other header for the whole site using conditions at the right side https://gyazo.com/bbb67e3ce3635dfea6985c093bbffa53 if the other header is suitable for you.

Take my apologies for the delay in answering.
Our theme has a lot of options and it takes much more resources than the default theme with up to 20 options. But we are working on improvements to the customizer speed and optimization. We plan a major release at the end of spring.
Anyway, why do you open many customizer tabs? If you make changes in one of tab, save them but opened another tab before and save changes there you will lose the previous changes. So, don’t understand why do you need that.

So, you need either edit both headers to apply changes for both default header and home page header. Or remove the home page header if you don’t need separate headers for the home page and other pages of the site.

If you bought your personal license and activated it on another domain go to WPBakery > Product license > click Deactivate and proceed with the necessary steps to deactivate it for the old domain and activate for the new one. We can do nothing with this if you registered your own license.
