I don’t see our theme on the site you provided. Make sure that you created default WooCommerce pages (cart, checkout, my account). Go to WooCommerce > Status > click Tools tab > click Install pages button.

Order should have status Completed to allow downloading. And it’s not related to theme but to WooCommerce settings.

So, how could that be theme issue if even with the official theme it works the same way?

Hello,

We don’t have option to reset the home page and shop page content.
You can only install the default version again over the existing one and it will import the home page and all the other content including theme options again. Some images could be messed up but in general, you’ll get the default layout.

You have a number of missing styles from Elementor page builder and it slows down the page speed. Also time of blocking is huge https://gyazo.com/981cbffcab2b55064d742372788a21c8 I would recommend you to contact your hosting provider to get some help with the site speed because many things are related to server settings not to theme.

You don’t need an additional plugin for this. Just try WooCommerce snippet https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/change-a-currency-symbol/
It’s not related to theme but to WooCommerce plugin.

Hello,

If you need to translate strings from Theme Options or Header builder you need to go to String Translator > scroll down to link Translate admin texts > find these texts as you did on your screenshot and add them to string translator. After that just translate texts.

Let me know if you still have untranslated texts after that. And provide WP Dashboard in this case to help you.

I found that you don’t use the Master slider, so just removed that and updated EG plugin.
Check your product now.

Hello,

Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > choose position of the sidebar. Under WooCommerce section you can find also many other options to edit layout of the shop page, products effects etc.
If you want to be able to edit shop archive page using Elementor you need to use Elementor Pro, default Elementor does not have such option.

Go to Theme Options > Speed optimization > Images display > choose Default and check the single product page after that. If it does not help then provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail.

Hello,

If you use Elementor single product builder you’ll get the layout of the Elementor, built-in XStore builder won’t control the single product page.

Which builder is more suitable for you depends on the layout you want to implement. XStore supports both, so use the one that is handier for you.
