Hello,
1) I don’t see problem with the menu on the home page https://gyazo.com/2ba8d42ac62a56512c5a384da1c40a01
2) You can enable Elementor to edit Static Blocks if Elementor is your main page builder https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/
We have video tutorials how to create mega menu using static blocks but use Elementor to create mega menu content instead of the WPBakery https://youtu.be/f07MBdnFPfk
Let me know if you need any other guidelines.

Hello,
Issue appears if child theme is enabled. We missed that.
So, I added the below code to Theme Options > Custom CSS
#cookie-notice {
left: auto;
min-width: 1px;
}
#cookie-notice .cn-button {
margin-top: 20px;
}
And we’ll fix it in the next theme update for the child theme too.
Regards
Hello,
Could you, please, provide us with FTP access? We need to check the issue in more detail.

Hello,
I see [/home/drwheatgrassco/public_html/wp-content/plugins/elementor/includes/autoloader.php::294] require(): read of 2209 bytes failed with errno=12 Cannot allocate memory
Probably you reached the PHP memory limit. Try to increase the PHP memory limit.
Also, tell me what permalinks type do you use?

Hello,
Screenshot you provided is the mobile header that appears for users with screen resolution less than 893px. Do you mean that you want this layout even for the desktop version (greater than 893px)?

Hello,
I checked your support conversation. Ignore ajax-filters.min.js file, fixes that we made there were included in the theme update and you don’t need to copy it anywhere. Copy just code from the child theme functions.php. As I can see you have already done that for the https://bla.co.nz/

Hello, @ZY
W3 Total cache. Probably client has good server settings that also allow to achieve well results.

Hello,
Issue caused by the custom code in your child theme style.css
.woocommerce .page-wrapper {
display: flex;
flex-direction: column;
}
Remove that code and products are ok. What did you try to implement using that code?
Regards
Hello,
Yes, we made some fixes. Try to update the plugin.

Hello,
1) I see a lot of issues about mixed content https://prnt.sc/10o06ok Contact your hosting provider and ask them install SSL correctly and fix the mentioned errors.
We need FTP access to your site to check the issue with the Brands position in the sidebar in more detail.
2) Do you mean categories widget title and separators between categories? Or what exactly do you want to make in the sidebar like on the screenshot?
Regards
Hello,
We meant that you can create simple page and use XStore Products element (using Elementor page builder) to show products from specific category. But if you want to create the archive page using Elementor Pro you need to contact Elementor Pro support to find out if they have any options for this.

Hello,
Take my apologies for the delay in answering. I checked the staging site and compared request time with the default theme https://gyazo.com/294bb5facc9c771514a3fde31169c1a6 (1.6s) and with our theme https://gyazo.com/2e74fc934a6f8949a97705ae8b3a56a4 (1.7s, sometimes up to 2.3s)
Our theme request time is longer a little bit but it’s not 4s. Our theme comes with a number of additional options like variation swatches, quick view, grid/list switcher etc but default theme does not and the default theme does not reinit it after filtering, so it takes less time to get results.
At this moment our developers are working on the Customizer speed improvements for the new update and once we finish it we’ll start additional improvements to the frontend speed.
