Error update Xstore - by Marcelo - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello.
    I can’t update the theme to version 7.2.6.
    I get the following error:

    “Ocorreu um erro ao atualizar XStore: O pacote não pôde ser instalado. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”

    I have already deactivated and activated the theme again but it does not resolve and I do not have the knowledge to make changes via FTP, even watching the tutorial.
    Can you help me please!
