Hello
After updating XStore to v7.2.5, an existing Revolution Slider that previously worked as expected when a button is clicked, is now opening in a new browser tab in Chrome browser when the button clicked, not as before opening in the same browser window. This is now happening on more than one site with a button.
I have included login credentials in the private area for further investigation.
Please note that when editing the button in Slider Revolution, I double-checked the Actions on the link and it states it is a “Simple Link”, Interaction = “Click”, Target = “Same Window”. Nothing has changed other than the update to v7.2.5.
Yours
Robert
Hello,
What version did you use before the update? Was it 7.2.4 or another one?
Regards
Hello Rose
Sorry for the delay in responding. On the development site I provided in the private area, to test this, I rolled back XSTore to v7.2.4 and still had the issue. I then rolled back Core from 3.2.5 to 3.2.4 to see if it had anything to do with core. However, the problem still exists with XStore 7.2.4 and core 3.2.4. I am not sure when it started, as it’s not often I check the slideshow button on existing sites. I will see if my cloud drive has the deleted folder for XStore 7.2.3 and see if I can roll back even further and test if it was then the issued started.
Please bear with me. I’ll come back tomorrow with more results of my testing.

Hello,
Use Type – tag link https://gyazo.com/04a26f6fdd4c749367c86fb2b4fe4777
Check the button now.

OK, understood. Changing Type from ‘jQuerytriggered’ to ‘Tag Link’ fixes the problem.
Thank you very much. I’m not sure when the issue started, but somewhere along the line, the jQuerytriggered method stopped working.
Thanks
Robert
One more thing, in a previous ticket that I closed, I mentioned that the Cookie Notice had lost its styling. It was suggested that I roll back the plugin to a previous version, and it would be fixed in the next update. Now that XStore v7.2.6 has been released, has the styling for the cookie notice plugin been fixed yet?
Robert
Hello,
Yes, we made some fixes. Try to update the plugin.

Hello
Before updating the Cookie Notice plugin it was v1.3.2. Here is the screenshot of the notice in a square that hovers near the bottom of the site:
After updating to v2.0.3:-
You’ll notice after the update that the notice is a bar across the whole width of the footer of the screen, not a popup square anymore. It’s not the same.

Hello,
Issue appears if child theme is enabled. We missed that.
So, I added the below code to Theme Options > Custom CSS
#cookie-notice {
left: auto;
min-width: 1px;
}
#cookie-notice .cn-button {
margin-top: 20px;
}
And we’ll fix it in the next theme update for the child theme too.

OK, many thanks. Understood.
Robert
You are welcome.
