    Good day,

My client has been struggling to update his Testimonials page for over a week now. I have made a number of changes to server settings, deactivated plugins, renamed the .htaccess among other things but the issue persists. WP, themes and plugins are all up to date, server meets minimum requirements.

    Kindly assist.

    Regards, Lene

    Hello,

I see [/home/drwheatgrassco/public_html/wp-content/plugins/elementor/includes/autoloader.php::294] require(): read of 2209 bytes failed with errno=12 Cannot allocate memory
Probably you reached the PHP memory limit. Try to increase the PHP memory limit.

Also, tell me what permalinks type do you use?

    Regards

    Hi Olga,

Thank you so much, I seem to have overlooked the PHP memory error earlier. I have increased my PHP limit to 512MB and this seems to have resolved the issue now. I can update and save the page without error.

I am using “Post name” as the permalink type. This okay?

I appreciate the quick response, thank you!

    Hello,

    Glad to hear that!

I am using “Post name” as the permalink type. This okay?

Yes, because Elementor does not work with the Plain type very ofter.

    Regards
