Site slowdown - by Nicola - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi,

    i installed the theme and i have the site running very slow. It takes several seconds for the page to return the result. Server side they tell me that there are no problems. Help me.

    W3 Total cache. Probably client has good server settings that also allow to achieve well results.

    That page inherits the shop page layout in general in combination with WC Marketplace plugin styles https://wordpress.org/plugins/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/ What exactly do you want to change there? Could you explain in more detail?

    Your page size is very large because of the images that you use https://prnt.sc/10sckjh So, optimize image and try to reduce the page size to 2Mb at least. You can try https://tinypng.com/ service. Also, don’t use png images if your image does not require transparent bg because it’s much larger than jpg, for example compare results of one of the logos that you have https://prnt.sc/10scogq or slide image https://prnt.sc/10sct0b

    Hello Olga,

    the problem is that the vendor list page, that I have renamed to partner stores does not see the list of stores and the products inserted.

    Can you check and help me understand why?

    I entered users with the store manager role is correct?

    If instead I enter them as sellers, the store appears on the page but not the associated products. If, on the other hand, I enter the user as the store manager, the store is not seen on the page but the products are associated with the store.

    I would like the store with the products inserted to be displayed on the parter shops page.

    Hello,

    You use the Dokan multivendor plugin, so you need to use the Dokan shortcode to display the list of stores https://wedevs.com/docs/dokan/getting-started/dokan-shortcodes/
    Don’t use shortcode of another multivendor plugin because it won’t work.

    Hi Olga,
    ok but why can’t I see the products in the store?
    The uploaded product is not displayed on the store page.
    Example http://www.bazz.digita.org/negozi-partner/
    if I click on the coffee shop I don’t see the products and it redirects to the home page.

    Hi,

    1) Check how it works when Storefront (default WooCommerce theme) is activated on your site.
    2) Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of your browser, and check how it works then.

    Hi,
    does not work.
    I installed dokan and not dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor.
    I also noticed that some filters that are present in the demo are not present during the import and cannot be enabled.
    I ask for definitive support and to activate the features provided as in the demo (example store list filter) and as a dokan plugin seller.
    Username and password are known to you.

    Hello,

    1) About the redirect to the Home page from – http://www.bazz.digita.org/negozi-partner/
    I’ve asked to check how it works with the default theme to find out if this situation is caused by our theme, or there is something server-side or 3rd party plugins caused this unexpected behavior.
    As I can see, there is no redirect anymore – https://gyazo.com/ec5538149d5bc9bc80822c146b49e371 Have you sorted out?
    2) Mentioned filters can’t be imported together with the demo content.
    Vendor list filter http://prntscr.com/10wz4gg comes from WC Marketplace, in your case, other filters of the Dokan plugin are available. Go to Appearance > Widgets, add widgets into Shop sidebar area. More information you can find in the documentation of the Dokan plugin.
