    Hello,

    You can find this option in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Product styles > Show Variations As Simple Products. Out of the box, WooCommerce variable product displays the select options on the shop/category page and customers have to go to the single product page and click the dropdown menu to see the variations, select one, and add it to the cart.
    “Show Variations As Simple Products” option allows you to show every variation as a single product on the shop/category page. For example https://prnt.sc/12atvpi

    I see that you used File generator (XStore > File generator) and probably you did not choose the Secondary menu element there. Please, choose the Secondary menu and generate file again. Check All departments again after that.

    We can’t fix issue if it comes from the WooCommerce plugin itself, the plugin author should take care of this.
    I see that users have already reported about this https://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-fix-visibility-for-out-of-stock-products/ but seems that they did not include the fix. So, contact them to clarify.
