    I want to get my money back, I did not understand something. The site is very complicated and all the links are connected to your original site. It means when a visitor clicks on the links on my site. The page pops up and turns it to your site. Don’t tell me the recovery period is over. I called you more than a month ago and no one is responding to my messages. There is contempt from you and that makes me not comfortable here. You promised us assistance before purchasing. But after you put the money in your pocket, you are no longer interested. I want to get my money back please please please. I don’t want to wait that long. I want you to be fair as it was paid in seconds. I don’t want to wait several months to get my money back.

    After demo content installation you got our demo menu. You need to replace it with your own menu: Appearance > Menus > create menu and add links/pages of your site https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/86-general-information after that you need to choose the newly created menu in Theme Options > Header builder > edit the Main menu and mobile menu elements and choose menu that you created in the drop-down https://prnt.sc/12apdzn
    We explained that in emails but you just don’t want to follow the instructions and read the docs or watch the video tutorials and we can do nothing if the user just doesn’t want to sort it out.

    Keep calm, please!
    We do really want to help if the user is opened for dialog. But it looks that you just looking for a reason to get refund and even don’t want to change settings and follow instructions.
