You can edit the whole site width from Theme Options > General > Site width. If you want to change the container width for the single product only use the below code

Our theme supports both plugins. And if you find any compatibility issues we’ll fix them ASAP.
Both plugins are multivendor plugins but of course, some options are different. Unfortunately, we did not study them in a deep because we are not plugin developers and we are focused on our theme development, so I can’t give you a pro and con spreadsheet. It would be better to check the plugin descriptions and user reviews to choose which one will be most suitable for you.

1) We checked your site and see that you added that field by additional customization http://prntscr.com/134cdv2 using WooCommerce hook, so it appears according to your code. If you want to show it inside the vendor registration form contact vendor plugin support. We are theme support and additional customization of third-party plugins is outside the scope of our support.

3) Done. Check the label now.

5) This is WooCommerce plugin default form and our theme does not have options to change that. You may look for third-party plugins to implement Ajax validation for login. Or submit additional customization request here.

No, you don’t need to add any custom code if you want sidebar for the product categories because it’s built-in option https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woosidebars-2/#section-8 , choose either product category https://prnt.sc/134aadw or show for all product categories your custom sidebar https://prnt.sc/134afh1

Theme affects the site speed if you compare it with a completely simple default WP theme because it calls more scripts, styles, makes requests but if you set up cache plugin, optimize images, optimize pages content and server settings it does not affect speed critically.
Anyway, we are working on theme improvements and plan a major theme update with speed improvements in July-August. If you are not satisfied with the theme speed we are ready to give you refund.

I have enabled the WP Rocket plugin and don’t see any 503 error on your site.
Besides, I see that you installed WPBakery plugin and use it only to create static blocks content. Why don’t you use Elementor to do this? I would recommend you to recreate blocks using Elementor page builder and disable WPBakery to reduce using of server resources.
