Products slider – products not displayed when using tags

Hello,

Could you please advise what could be wrong? When we use TAGs to display products – nothing shows up, despite more products tagged. This worked before – not sure when stopped.

If we use specific product or category, it works fine and respective product is displayed.

Brilliant, possible to know the issue? We are about to move the servers so just checking if need to do anything as the backup file we have is from before whatever you did. Cheers.

Just remove the XStore Core plugin and install it again. You’ll get the version where the issue is already fixed.

Thanks works fine now. May I know how did you fix it? I see that to Ankush you advised to remove xstore core plugin and install again but I believe we had running latest one?

You are welcome.
Yes, but we made force fix in the current version of the plugin without changing the plugin version. So, plugin reinstallation uploads the fixed version of plugin.
