Unfortunately, our theme does not have such option. WooCommerce displays that toolbar only for the shop archive pages.
Glad to hear that. Truly saying it’s not very good idea to mix builders on the site because it slows down the site. We would recommend to choose the one you like most of all and create all the content using that builder.

2) All departments element is not available for the mobile devices. Use the Mobile menu to show the necessary menus. For example, you can use the Extra tab to show the departments menu https://prnt.sc/137w1hj But we would recommend you to create simple menu for the mobile version of all departments, without static block because static blocks not always display well in the mobile menu (depends on the content you have there).

If you want to add any extra fields you need to look for the thir-party plugins that allow editing of the WooCommerce login/registration forms because our theme does not have such options.
