After I press add to cart on any item it opens the cart off-canvas sidebar. I want to disable this feature, how to do that?

I activated the product added notification. But I get a problem, when it is an error message both notifications are shown as in the screenshot attached. How to disable the top right notification from showing if the notification is an error?

    Hello,

Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check if it’s possible.

    Hello,

    1) I see that you enabled another theme. Should I enable XStore?
    2) We’ll be locked if any fatal error appears. So, we need FTP instead of the backend file editor.

    Regards

I don’t know how to give you FTP access, if the site crashed you can tell me and i’ll fix it and retry..

    I enabled XStore

    Thank you 🙂

    Hello,

Contact your hosting provider to get FTP host, FTP user and FTP password. Provide this information in the Private content area.
Editing theme files via Dashboard is not a good idea and it’s not handy.

    Hello,
Thank you for the support, but the Product Added notification on the top right corner still shows. I want it if there is an error message, it doesn’t show. I’ve attached a picture of the message that I don’t want to show.

    Hello,

Sorry for the delay in answering.
You use third-party plugins https://prnt.sc/139b9tg that use custom Ajax add to cart and they do not check success/error results and show the added_to_cart trigger in any case.
So, you may contact the plugin author and ask them to improve the code and use the “success” result instead of the “complete” because “complete” appears after any result.

Or you may disable Ajax add to cart in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product > single product layout and you’ll get page refresh after adding to cart and there won’t be green notification.

Or we can hide green notification using custom styles
    .et-notify {display: none }
but you won’t get it even if your item is successfully added to the cart.

So, choose the solution that suits your needs most of all.

    Regards

I used .et-notify {display: none } and it fixed my problem perfectly. Thank you very much for your amazing support 🙂
