I can’t seem to figure it out. Am I missing some additional plugins? I purchased Ajax Enabled Enhanced Filter Navigation because I read somewhere here that you need that as well. PLEASE HELP.

    Hello,

    1) You don’t need any third-party plugins to get the layout from the demos. All the necessary plugins come bundled with our theme!

    2) Provide us with link to your site and temporary WP Dashboard access to your site to check the filters you have.

    3) Provide us with screenshots of filters that you want to implement, please. Because we have a few organic demos and I need to understand which one you like.

    Regards

    Hi Olga,

I don’t think I can share my dashboard at the moment due to sensitive information. However, I like to be able to only FILTER and not sort.

I would like to have several filters such as:
    Filter by several categories
    Filter by several unique attributes
Filter by Advanced Custom Fields (if possible)

I don’t know how to share screenshots or images here?

    Please help.

    Thanks,

    Bilal

    Hello,

To add filters, widgets to the shop sidebar go to Appearance > Widgets > add the Product categories widget to the Shop page widget area, add 8theme Swatches filter if you use variation swatches ( https://youtu.be/LgzC4iK-j6A ), if you don’t use swatches but simple attributes then add the Filter by attributes widget. We don’t have filter by custom fields widget.

You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo free tool to create screenshot and share the link to screenshot here.

    Regards

Do you use a built-in filter or third-party plugin?
Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site to check the issue and help you.

    Hi,

I am using the WooCommerce Ajax Layered Nav widgets.

The filter by-products attribute works but it has STEPS.

The 8theme doesn’t have a filter by attribute.

I will be able to give you limited login access but I have to confirm that first. I’ll definitely send a private message here.

    Thanks,

    Bilal

    Hello,

Provide us with WP Dashboard access to check the settings you use. It’s difficult to find the reason of the issue if we don’t see site and settings you have.
