Hello

2] Why the mega menu not showing in mobile menu and all departments in mobile.

Hello,

1) It’s there https://prnt.sc/137vstg I suppose you checked the mobile menu from admin and admin toolbar just was over the close button.

2) All departments element is not available for the mobile devices. Use the Mobile menu to show the necessary menus. For example, you can use the Extra tab to show the departments menu https://prnt.sc/137w1hj But we would recommend you to create simple menu for the mobile version of all departments, without static block because static blocks not always display well in the mobile menu (depends on the content you have there).
