How do i change this area :
1. image of a sofa
2. text” Unique products by …”
3. button “discover now”

Enable WPBakery for static blocks – https://prnt.sc/zqgoag > edit Shop – header banner static block.

I am able to edit the Text for the header banner static block. But cant seem to change the image still?

When i open the tab for “Design Options” i see this tab “Alpha: 100%” freeze on the screen. I think is a separate issue on it own. How to remove it from blocking the options below it?

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check how it works then.

a) For the shop image photo, i was unable to change to through WPBakery but have manage to change through elementor.
b) For WPBakery : tab for “Design Options” issue, I follow your solution. Issue resolved.

Hello,

Glad to hear that. Truly saying it’s not very good idea to mix builders on the site because it slows down the site. We would recommend to choose the one you like most of all and create all the content using that builder.
