    Hello,

You can edit that using FTP access or File Manager plugin (be very careful with the last one because you may cause a fatal error if you are not sure what exactly to edit). I used File manager because you missed to add SFTP user to allow me to use FTP connection. So, I opened file, changed the mentioned code and saved it. That’s all. If you are not sure in your actions then it would better to ask hosting support to avoid problems.

    Hello,

Check now, please. Is that result you wanted to implement? If you want to move the add to cart block below the image then remove it from the connection block and add element below the Gallery element http://recordit.co/QajFTuytO6

    Hello,

    1) Images is one of the main reason of the speed issue. If you check the GTMetrix test you’ll see the notification about that https://prnt.sc/1zwtm6c For example why do you use such a huge image for the product and in png format? Why don’t you use jpeg? Jpeg image could be 248.2 KB instead of 4 MB of png image https://prnt.sc/1zwty5i So, check and optimize all the images you have. https://tinypng.com/ optimize images much better. Try and check by yourself.

    2) Plugins. Why do you keep enabled plugins that you don’t use? For example, Smart Product Viewer, Elementor Header & Footer Builder etc. Check the list of plugins you have and keep enabled only plugins that you really use. Because every additional plugin calls scripts and styles that slow down a page.

    3) I replaced one big image, enabled some optimization settings in theme options, enabled Lazy loading for product elements https://prnt.sc/1zwvk90 and check results before
    https://gtmetrix.com/reports/taara.ae/A5iJnxLT/
    and after
    https://gtmetrix.com/reports/taara.ae/ZZ5t7YG6/

Clear the CDN cache to fix the missing fonts error https://prnt.sc/1zwxl7e

    Hello,

Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product > Single product layout > disable Ajax add to cart option and try after that. Let me know about the results.

    Hello,

Take our apologies that you feel this way. Point is that you probably use some third-party plugins and if you enable minification only those plugins may cause issue with the XStore styles. Anyway, provide us with WP Dashboard access to enable mentioned option and check the issue with the categories title in more detail.

Copy the theme folder and XStore Core plugin folder from that site to bla.co.nz.

    Hello,

You can’t import content of the page and then disable page builder because then page content will be broken.

But I checked the Headphones demo and see that it’s available for both builders https://prnt.sc/1zt4iac So, you may import the WPBakery version if you need it.

    Hello,

Contact your hosting provider and ask if they have any kind of server cache enabled for your site. Because it looks that changed styles are cached for the unlogged-in users.

    Hello,

Could you, please, contacy your hosting provider and ask if they have any kind of the server cache? Because content of the file that physically exists on your server and the one that displays on the frontend is different. And even if I clear CDN cache it does not help.

    Hello,

Yes, the theme works ok with the Litespeed cache.
It’s related to the speed of the scripts loading. Elementor and our theme use scripts to make full-width row and full-width slider, so it does not display like full width till the necessary scripts loaded. You can enable site preloader to hide that effect or try to speed up the scripts loading using cache plugin, improve server speed settings.

    Hello,

Nope, there is no such breadcrumbs type by default. It requires additional customization. If you have PHP skills you may try to do this by yourself. If not you can submit customization request here.

    Hello,

Issue is related to PHP Memory issue, not to theme error. Check the Private content area. So, contact your hosting provider to increase the limit.

    Hello,

Log in to your Cloudflare account here https://acroosplay.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=cloudflare#/login

I’m not sure if your hosting offers that or you added that by yourself but Cloudflare CDN detected on your site https://prnt.sc/1zobt1k and it caches styles file. You need to clear the CDN cache to apply style changes that you do while using Theme Options.

    Hello,

Your page size is big https://prnt.sc/1zoazom and almost all are images. Enable Lazy loading option for the images and also for product elements on the home page to reduce the size loading time. Also, provide us with WP Dashboard access to check the other settings you use.

    Hello,

We have only Blog carousel element for the Elementor in our theme. So, you can add only slider of the blog posts to other pages. We don’t have a blog grid element, unfortunately.
You can submit feature request here https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ if you want Blog grid element for the Elementor.
