Dear @nixatsnow,
We kindly request that you attempt to use the following selectors:
1. For the first selector, please use:
.menu-main-container
Alternatively, you may try the second selector:
#menu-main-menu
2. For the additional selector, please use:
.et_b_header-mobile-menu .et-toggle
We hope that these suggestions prove to be helpful to you.

Hi @Goostaf,
On the mobile version, the width of carousel is not enough to show the hidden part.
The custom CSS codes work on desktop only.

Dear @coffeedog,

Dear Qilah,
We hope this message finds you well.
We kindly request your assistance in updating the XStore theme and ET-Core-Plugin to their latest versions. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
If the issue still exists, we suggest that you temporarily deactivate all non-essential third-party plugins on your site. Please ensure that only the Theme Required/Recommended plugins, as listed at https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/, remain active. Following this, please clear your browser cache and re-evaluate the filter’s performance.
It is possible that a conflict with an additional third-party plugin may be causing the issue. If deactivating these plugins resolves the problem, we recommend reactivating them one at a time. This step-by-step approach will help you identify the specific plugin responsible for the disruption. Once identified, we encourage you to contact the plugin’s author directly for further support.
We appreciate your cooperation and attention to this matter. Should you require any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Hello @Kombajn88,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your query regarding the display of breadcrumbs on your products page.
From your description, it seems you have implemented a JavaScript-based solution to control the visibility of breadcrumbs on your website. While your current method is functional, the brief visibility of breadcrumbs on page load that you’ve mentioned is a common side effect known as “flash of unstyled content” (FOUC). This occurs because the JavaScript only executes after the page has started loading.
To mitigate this issue, you might consider a CSS-based approach if your website structure allows for it. For example, you could use CSS to hide the breadcrumbs by default and then specifically display them on pages that match the product or category pattern. Here’s a simple example:
/* Hide breadcrumbs by default */
.page-heading {
display: none;
}
/* Show breadcrumbs only on shop and category pages */
body.shop .page-heading,
body.tax-product_cat .page-heading {
display: block;
}
Please note that the above CSS assumes that your body tag has a class that corresponds to the shop or category pages. You would need to adjust the selectors according to your site’s actual classes or IDs.
If a CSS-only solution is not feasible due to the structure of your website, you might consider modifying your JavaScript to hide the breadcrumbs by default using inline styles or classes, and then remove that style or class when your conditions are met.
Additionally, if you’re using a content management system or a server-side language, you might be able to implement a server-side solution to determine when to display breadcrumbs, which would prevent them from appearing momentarily on page load.
If you require further assistance or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We’re here to help ensure your website provides the best user experience possible.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team

Hi @khurram virk,
1/ b/ Could you please check how it works when Advanced cart/checkout Layout is disabled in Xstore > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Cart/Checkout Layout?
2-we disabled advance, it is behaving same as non-amp sir.
Sorry for the confusion! Because the checkout page is too complicated and contains many scripts so it will not work with the AMP version, we have to switch to the non-AMP version for checkout page.
4-“download tab” is also not showing in amp version.
The custom tabs will not be shown in the AMP versions.
[button et_class=”” target=”_blank” style=”medium” url=”https://safeandsecureksa.com/wire-ropes/” icon=”” title=”Precautions & FAQs”]
Instead of using shorcode, we suggest you to conver it the HTML link:

if ( is_account_page() && !is_user_logged_in() ) {
// Specify the URL of your custom login page
$login_page_url = site_url('/login/');
// Redirect to the login page
wp_redirect( $login_page_url );
exit;
}
}
add_action( 'template_redirect', 'custom_redirect_to_login_if_not_logged_in' );

Hi @Taalaki Abaya,
Following up on my previous email, I’ve decided to keep three products per row, which is fine. However, I noticed another issue on the Filter page—the products appear too small. Could you please review the responsiveness of the products in relation to your recent changes? It seems to be affecting multiple devices or pages.
We’ve fixed this issue for you by changing the number product per row to 3:
Additionally, I’d like to hide the “Sort by producers” section (where “bike, Bloom,..”) since I don’t currently have this feature on my site. Could you please advise on how to hide it?
Please navigate to this Widgets manager: https://taalakiabaya.com/wp-admin/widgets.php then remove the Filter product by Brands widget: https://prnt.sc/an0KbS5-eK79

Hi @Chiche Solene,
Please take a look at this HTML code from your webiste site. There should be a space between a tag and class:
To fix this issue, we navigate to this file: wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/walkers.php on the line 287
– We find this code:
$attributes .= 'class="'.implode(' ', $link_classes).'"';
– And change to this:
$attributes .= ' class="'.implode(' ', $link_classes).'"';
Now everything is working fine.
Unfortunenately, this issue seems to happen on your website and we couldn’t reproduce on our local sites.
If you this issue happens when you update the theme again, we’re ready to help you to fix it.
Best Regards,
