Website works slow while user logged in .

hey.
the site work very good and fast but when user logged in the website start to be very slow.
how to fix it?

We would like to inform you that the WP-Rocket plugin is configured not to cache pages for users who are logged in by default. Should you wish to activate caching for logged-in WordPress users, you may do so by navigating to the WP-Rocket settings. Once there, please proceed to the ‘Cache’ section, then to ‘User Cache’, and select the option ‘Enable caching for logged-in WordPress users’.
