    Dear @Hassan,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We regret to inform you that the animations in question are globally integrated into our theme and are thoughtfully utilized across various style components. Unfortunately, modifying or removing them directly within the theme is not feasible.

    As an alternative, we recommend contacting the WP Rocket support team, as you are a valued user of their plugin. They may be able to guide you on whether their settings allow for the exclusion of specific parts from the minified CSS during the CSS minification process.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to let us know.

    Hello @Pepper Tree

    Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance – Themes). Attach the screenshots or video of your testing results.
    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Hello @AnonShopping,

    We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding.

    Since you are using the XStore Checkout Page widget, please note that there are no predefined default hooks available for adding such payment options due to the customizable structure of such widget. However, we do offer a widget called “WooCommerce Hook” which allows you to display custom hooks in specific positions on the page.

    We have already added this widget to your checkout page, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/ZBtkLRGX4yqr. The payment options should now be displayed correctly on your checkout page (https://prnt.sc/ImDGRpt4MEjY). Kindly review and confirm.

    If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Hello @d88dcjj,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We understand the inconvenience you are experiencing with the child theme.

    To assist you further, we recommend the following steps:

    1. Check for Custom Code in the Child Theme: If there are any customizations in the child theme (e.g., custom functions, CSS, or template overrides), please review them to ensure they are compatible with the latest version of the parent theme and WordPress.

    2. Enable Debugging: Activate WordPress debugging to identify any errors or warnings that may provide insight into the issues. You can enable debugging by adding the following lines to your wp-config.php file:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
    define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);

    After enabling this, check the debug log file (/wp-content/debug.log) for any error messages.

    Also, we don’t see any visible issues about loading of Shop all button on your home page so please, provide us some screenshots, videos of the issue you have.

    If you need further assistance, please provide us with temporary access to your WordPress admin panel and FTP (via the private content area) so we can investigate the issue directly. Kindly ensure you back up your site before sharing access or making any changes.

    We are here to help and will do our best to resolve this for you.

    Best Regards,

    Dear @Janina,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We wanted to bring to your attention that the correct template type has not been assigned yet, as it is still set to the standard template. For the email type you mentioned, it is necessary to manually add the respective email IDs to the list of our templates in order to enable proper building.

    Dear @WoodCreations,

    Thank you for reaching out to us. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work through the reported issues step by step to ensure clarity and avoid any confusion.

    1. Mobile Panel Display and Redirect Issue*
    Regarding the issue with the incorrect display and redirection from the mobile panel on our demo, we have thoroughly tested it across multiple devices and browsers. However, we were unable to replicate the same issue with the menu structure breaking. To assist further, we have cleared the cache on the demo site. Kindly check again on your end.

    Please note that the issue you encountered on our demo should not occur on your own website. This is because our demo environment does not always reflect the latest updates due to the hard cache system in place.

    2. Custom CSS Solution for Mobile Panel Spacing
    We previously provided a custom CSS solution to adjust the spacing of the title in the mobile panel area for horizontal devices. As mentioned earlier, this is not a bug but rather a design preference. If you prefer more spacing, the provided solution should address your concern. Could you please confirm if you’ve tested this on your end?

    3. Content Jumping on Click
    We have identified the issue with content jumping when clicking, and it has been forwarded to our development team for further investigation. However, we kindly ask you to test this on your own website as well. The issue on our demo may be related to the cache system and the way scripts are combined into a single package. Rest assured, we are exploring possible solutions.

    4. Categories Display Issue
    To assist you with the categories display issue, we kindly request that you activate our theme on your website and provide us with the correct WP-admin access. This will allow us to investigate the issue directly and provide a resolution.

    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Please let us know if you have any further questions or require additional assistance.

    Dear @alahdal,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    Could you kindly try applying the following custom CSS for your specific case?

    p.price, .etheme-product-grid-item .price {
        display: inline-flex;
        gap: 7px;
    }

    p.price del,
    p.price del + span,
    span.price del,
    span.price del + span{

    Dear @AnonShopping,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    As previously requested, we kindly asked you to provide screenshots of your test using the Storefront theme, as you mentioned it worked correctly in that setup but didn’t get any screenshots. Based on this, we conducted our own test using the Storefront theme, and the results were identical to those observed with our XStore theme. This suggests that either the test was not conducted as stated or there may be an incorrect configuration in the plugin you are using for such payments.

    For your reference, please find the comparison screenshots below:
    – XStore Theme Checkout: https://prnt.sc/tMPvPOYNrFFM
    – Storefront Theme Checkout: https://prnt.sc/NKotQPt2lhcC

    Additionally, we performed further testing on iPhone devices using both the XStore and Storefront themes. The results confirmed that the buttons are displayed in the same manner, regardless of the theme being used.

    Based on these findings, we recommend reviewing the settings of the express checkout plugin you are utilizing or reaching out to the plugin’s support team for further assistance. At this time, there does not appear to be any issue with our XStore theme, as it behaves identically to the default Storefront theme.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Mauro,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    You are absolutely correct, and we would like to highlight that our XStore theme offers a unique feature that allows the default Product Categories widget to display only the subcategories of the current category. You can find more details about this functionality here: https://prnt.sc/3fqB12_hZBpE.

    Once this option is enabled, the widget will display the following structure: https://prnt.sc/8CouqPZIknbk. We encourage you to explore this feature and utilize it in the way that best suits your needs.

    Could you kindly review the following video: https://gyazo.com/24cb1ddb299327b4f5e36b80a3f1c20f ? If not, please provide us with additional details regarding the specific result you are aiming to achieve on your website for single products.

    Additionally, we recommend testing the functionality using a default theme, such as Storefront, to determine if the issue is related to the WooCommerce code itself, as such behavior may be consistent across themes.

    Dear @Janina,

    Dear @WoodCreations,

    We sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to your inquiry. Upon reviewing your concern, we would like to clarify that the issue you mentioned is not a bug but rather a spacing adjustment specific to certain devices. This requirement appears to be unique to your setup, as the spacing and menu display have been functioning correctly for all other customers using the Mobile Panel content.

    That said, if you would prefer to increase the space between the menu titles in the mobile panel, we are happy to provide you with a couple of CSS solutions to achieve the desired result:

    1. Increase spacing for horizontal view only
    Add the following CSS:

    @media (orientation: landscape) {
      .et-mobile-panel .et-content {
        grid-gap: 30px;
       }
    }

    2. Increase spacing globally
    Add the following CSS:

    .et-mobile-panel .et-content {
        grid-gap: 30px;
       }

    To implement the appropriate solution, please navigate to Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS, add the selected CSS code, and then check the results.

    Dear @Mauro,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have carefully reviewed the main request you submitted. Unfortunately, it is not possible to implement the solution in the exact manner you have requested. However, as an alternative, we recommend utilizing the “Product Categories” widget. This option will generate the URL in the format you are seeking.

    On the other hand, our “Filter by Categories” widget generates URLs with query parameters within the global store URL. This structure is essential to ensure the proper functionality of the widget.

    We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you further if needed.

    Dear @Massimiliano,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We noticed that you are currently using the XStore Checkout Multistep widget, which is designed to display the shipping cost details as part of the checkout steps. By default, this layout does not show the shipping costs in the right-hand area. However, we do offer an option to display this information within the order details section. You can refer to this example for guidance: https://prnt.sc/QqVXB3JcqOT_.

    We recommend trying to adjust the position of the content and reviewing the results. Should you require further assistance, please feel free to provide us with the correct wp-admin access credentials in a private message, and we will be happy to assist you.

    Dear @Mauro,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to kindly suggest using alternative widgets for displaying content on your archive pages. Please note that the heading tags in the XStore Slides widget cannot be modified, and the widget itself is outdated, as indicated in this message: https://prnt.sc/fFtUYwJjOfDb.

    As an alternative, we recommend utilizing the XStore Slider functionality, which you can set up using the following guide: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/slider-set-up/xstore-slider-with-elementor-plugin/. This option is particularly useful if you wish to continue displaying category content in a slider format.

    Alternatively, for a simpler solution, you may consider using a combination of Heading, Text, and Image widgets with dynamic parameters to pull data based on the category URL being accessed.

    We hope this information is helpful, and please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or require assistance.

    	if ( $title_position > 1 ) {

    		            array_slice( $elements, $title_position, count( $elements ) - $title_position, true );

    Dear @d88dcjj,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    Thank you for providing us with the FTP details. We have reviewed the issue and implemented a solution by adding the following snippet to your child-theme/functions.php file:

    add_filter('woocommerce_ajax_variation_threshold', function($value) {
        return 200;
    }, 999);

    Upon investigation, we found that the default value for this setting is the same in both the parent and child themes. However, for some reason, applying this snippet resolves the issue with the variation “Add to Cart” form on your single product pages in child-theme.

    Additionally, this adjustment allows for a greater number of variations to be displayed. Without this filter, the display of variations could be restricted due to limitations within the WooCommerce code.

    Please let us know if the issue is now resolved on your end or if you require any further assistance.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
