    Dear @Saluja Shoes,

    We hope you are doing well.

    1. Could you kindly provide screenshots of the mentioned issues? It is currently unclear to us which button is missing on mobile. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
    Because, we checked and there are next buttons shown on mobile too -> https://prnt.sc/8pHuZoglU4HN.

    2. Please refer to the following article for more information: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/variation-swatches-3/.

    3. If you are using a custom plugin to display the delivery pin, we recommend reviewing the plugin’s documentation or reaching out to their support team for guidance on integrating its functionality with the Single Product layout built using Elementor.

    4. If you are experiencing slow performance, we suggest optimizing your server response time.

    To enhance performance, we recommend the following steps:
    – Optimize Database Queries – Ensure that queries are well-optimized and properly indexed.
    – Enable Caching – Implement caching mechanisms to reduce load times.
    – Reduce Server Load – Assess and optimize server resources accordingly.
    – Minimize Unnecessary Scripts – Disable any unnecessary scripts or plugins that may impact performance.
    – Check for Errors – Review your browser console and server logs for any errors that could be causing delays.

    5. If you would like to enable user registration on the “My Account” page, please follow these steps:
    – Navigate to WooCommerce → Settings → Accounts
    – Enable the registration option for the “My Account” page.

    Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,

    Dear @Terpsauce,

    Thank you for providing the details. However, it appears that the screenshots you mentioned were not attached to your response. Kindly update us by sharing the relevant screenshots. If needed, you may use an image-uploading service such as https://www.file.io/ to upload and share the images.

    Additionally, we previously requested that you test the issue using WooCommerce’s default shortcodes and a default theme such as Storefront. Could you please confirm whether you have conducted these tests? If so, we would appreciate it if you could share the results of your testing.

    Furthermore, we would like to clarify that the issue regarding emails not being sent is not related to our theme. Instead, this functionality is managed by the WooCommerce plugin, as shown in this reference: https://prnt.sc/SdYWHuHQ_IYB. Therefore, these emails are generated by WooCommerce’s core functionality rather than our theme.

    We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your response.

    Hello @Jakob,

    We made some changes but those are still cached so we have removed the gallery for testings, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/Hbxp0fdnFQOx.

    However, when logged into the frontend, the changes are reflected correctly: https://prnt.sc/cpu4EWHiaWI1.
    On the other hand, when accessing the site in incognito mode, the previous version still appears, indicating that it is cached: https://prnt.sc/HlkNpmYo2pIb.

    This suggests that some CDN caching is still active, even though it has been cleared. To properly investigate the cause of these structural changes, the CDN should ideally remain inactive until we identify the issue.

    We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

    Dear @Saluja Shoes,

    We hope you are doing well.

    Could you please confirm whether you are experiencing the same issue on our demo site? You can check it here: https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/sneakers/.

    We have reviewed the slider on both our demo and your website, and in both cases, it appears to be functioning correctly. For your reference, we have attached a video demonstrating this.

    To assist us in further troubleshooting, we kindly ask you to ensure that you are checking the issue with a cleared cache. Additionally, could you please let us know which device and browser you are using for testing?

    We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your response.

    Dear @Terpsauce,

    We have reviewed the screenshot you provided and noticed that the admin bar should be visible. However, it is possible that a browser extension may be hiding it. When we check the checkout page, the admin bar appears above the sticky header, as shown in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/YqJ7cH6lvoRN.

    Additionally, when we attempt to access the page in incognito mode, we are redirected to the login page, preventing us from placing an order, which aligns with the expected behavior.

    To better understand and resolve this issue, could you please provide more details on how you are testing it? Specifically:
    – Are you using any specific credentials for these tests?
    – Have you encountered this issue in only one browser, or have you tested it in multiple browsers?

    Your insights will help us investigate further. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your response.

    Dear @Terpsauce,

    We kindly ask you to review the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/5uZ7lOxMbSnE.

    To address the errors caused by the plugin, we temporarily set the default method for loading Google Fonts in the Elementor settings. Afterward, we reverted the setting back to ‘swap’ as it was originally configured. These issues likely occurred due to the site’s migration from staging, which resulted in URL changes.

    Please check the site now and let us know if everything is working correctly.

    Dear @Tommy,

    I hope you are doing well.

    We are currently using FileZilla and have successfully connected; however, the FTP directory appears to be empty. Could you kindly verify the destination folder assigned to the user? We require access to your WordPress installation.

    Additionally, regarding the support forum for the Germanized plugin, would it be possible for you to provide access from your account? This would allow us to directly review all your topics and the solutions provided by their support team.

    We appreciate your assistance and look forward to your response.

    Dear @Terpsauce,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Could you kindly provide us with a video demonstrating the issue you described? This would help us better understand the steps required to replicate the problem, as it is currently unclear to us.

    Additionally, we recommend using the default WooCommerce shortcode https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/page-shortcodes/#my-account for the “My Account” page for testings. The functionality about not sending emails you mentioned is not related to our theme but is instead managed by the WooCommerce plugin (https://prnt.sc/SdYWHuHQ_IYB). As a result, such emails should be generated by WooCommerce’s code rather than our theme.

    For further troubleshooting, you may also consider testing the issue using a default theme such as Storefront. However, we strongly advise performing such tests on a staging environment to avoid any potential disruptions to your live site.

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @Terpsauce,

    We kindly ask you to address each question separately so that we can resolve them one by one efficiently.

    Regarding the issue mentioned in your screenshots of next reply (https://www.8theme.com/topic/gap-appeared-in-sticky-header-after-last-theme-update/#post-438327), please note that the settings from Theme Options do not apply in your case, as you are using a header built with Elementor. We have also added a notice in the Customizer for clarification: (https://prnt.sc/i4jnZ85-gckk).

    For reference, when using the Header Builder in Elementor from XStore Builders, the header settings from Theme Options will not be effective: https://prnt.sc/xhn6lZlRJaXf.

    Additionally, we noticed that you have combined issues from two different websites within the same topic. This makes it difficult for us to determine where the suggested fixes have been applied and where they have not. To ensure a smooth resolution, we kindly ask you to address each website separately.

    Lastly, upon reviewing your original website, we did not find any gap in the sticky header.

    Please let us know how you would like to proceed, and we will be happy to assist you further.

    Dear @Kingsley,

    We hope you are doing well.

    It appears that the issue you are experiencing may be caused by your custom snippet (as shown here: https://prnt.sc/tzmkx7SI3TeS), which modifies content during the load action. We attempted to deactivate the snippet; however, due to the active CDN cache on your website, we were unable to verify whether this resolves the issue.

    We kindly ask you to deactivate the snippet on your end and clear the CDN cache before checking if the issue persists. Please note that we do not encounter this issue on our local website or on our demo versions, indicating that it is specific to your website.

    We hope you are doing well.

    Since your website is utilizing a CDN, it is possible that certain pages are being cached. We kindly recommend clearing the CDN cache first or temporarily disabling it to check if the issue persists.

    Hello @Milan

    Could you clearify what page has such error? What steps do we need to follow to see the same issue on your web-site? Also, it could be beneficial if you could provide us temporary wp-admin and FTP access. We will check what can be done to help you.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Dear @MAHDAR,

    We hope you are doing well.

    The issue you are experiencing with the Elementor Select2 field is a known one, as it does not follow the selected sorting order. You can find more details regarding this issue here: https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/13078.

    Additionally, we have previously addressed a similar concern in our response here: https://www.8theme.com/topic/the-custom-sorting-option-in-the-porduct-catgories-widget-is-not-working/#post-436455.

    As a workaround for your layout, we recommend using the “Products Masonry” widget, which allows you to manually set items in any custom order you prefer. You can refer to the following example for guidance:

    Dear @Abdulaziz,

    We hope you are doing well.

    We have noticed that the message “demo store” appears on your homepage (https://prnt.sc/HaN5PKrbBt6l), even though your WooCommerce settings indicate that your website is set to live mode (https://prnt.sc/NSCPgcP-bHPc). This suggests that your homepage is being hard cached by a caching system. Additionally, we have identified that few caching systems are installed on your website (https://prnt.sc/cEdKX_e8RRtb).

    To resolve this issue, we kindly ask you to clear your CDN caches and check again.

    Furthermore, we observed that the WordPress admin bar is not displayed on your homepage, while it appears on all other pages. This further indicates a caching issue that is unrelated to our theme.

    Please let us know if you need any assistance.

    Dear @ubansal,

    I hope you are doing well.

    @ubansal
    , you may try adding the following custom CSS in the “Theme Custom CSS” section:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 768px) {
        .main-products-loop .products-grid .product {
            padding-left: 7px;
            padding-right: 7px;
        }

        .main-products-loop .products-grid {
            margin-left: -7px;
            margin-right: -7px;
        }
    }

    Dear @slw250@hotmail.com,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    To be transparent, we do not have specific plugin recommendations, as our customers use various plugins depending on their individual needs. However, if a compatibility issue arises with a particular plugin, we do our best to resolve it whenever possible.

    Additionally, most plugin developers offer a refund policy in case of any issues. Therefore, we recommend that you first contact the plugin author to inquire about compatibility with our theme, as they are usually aware of which themes their plugins support.

    That said, we can suggest a couple of popular plugins that may meet your requirements:

    1. https://iconicwp.com/products/woocommerce-show-single-variations/
    2. https://woocommerce.com/products/variations-as-single-products-for-woocommerce/

    Please note that you should test these plugins beforehand, as they may display variations above all other products without an option to sort them, which is the main functionality requested in our built-in feature.

    If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.

    Dear @Wilhem,

    Upon conducting a brief inspection, we have identified that the container of the header has a “z-index” value set to “9” (as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/zkWTpopdERYm). This configuration appears to be the primary cause of the issue you described in your topic.

    If possible, we kindly ask you to reset this value by following the details provided in the next screenshot: https://prnt.sc/JPQKGFM2XsE7. Please reset the value to empty one as indicated.

    However, if you are unable to make this adjustment on your own, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with “temporary WP-Admin access” so that we can review your settings directly.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please create a new user account with an “Administrator” role via your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account has been created, kindly share the “username and password” with us securely through the “Private Content” section.

    Dear @AC,

    I hope you are doing well.

    It appears that some modifications were made to the child theme, which have affected the structure of the shop page. Kindly review the private area for further details. We attempted to make some test modifications in your child-theme/functions.php file; however, it seems that certain permissions are preventing us from saving the changes. Please refer to the following screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/pONu19zigPKD.

    Could you please verify that the correct file permissions are set? As you previously mentioned experiencing an attack on your website, this issue may be related. Additionally, we recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to check and adjust the file permissions accordingly.

    If you would like us to investigate and provide a solution for the non-functioning off-canvas feature, please provide us with FTP access. The required FTP credentials are as follows:

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    If you need assistance in generating these credentials, we suggest contacting your hosting provider, who will be able to guide you through the process.

    Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
