Guys, I really don’t want to offend you, but your entire theme is full of bugs. Just watch this video, and you’ll understand what I mean. You need to completely rework the blog section… how long will that take? Or help us to fix this… we have renewed our support extra for this..

    Hello,

If we have understood your question correctly, you were inquiring about why the images of posts are not displayed on the page you provided.

The reason for this is that most of the posts currently do not have a featured image uploaded. To resolve this issue, please upload the image here: https://prnt.sc/hbecQOEY2de5 (Dashboard > Posts > edit post > upload Featured image).

Additionally, we have a Blog page builder – https://gyazo.com/d8a4dfb710cbf9574d8748ef4b25cade

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

Hello, no, that wasn’t my concern. I recommend you watch the video I provided above.

I reloaded the page, and then, if I don’t move my mouse over the page, it shows this.

Here’s another screenshot of what I mean when I don’t move my mouse over the page, or on mobile, when I don’t start scrolling after the page has loaded.

    Dear @Jamall,

We hope you are doing well.

Since you have the cache plugin installed, we kindly recommend reviewing your configuration settings. It appears that the “Remove Unused CSS” option was enabled, as shown in the following screenshot: (https://prnt.sc/t9cGx6chv7dG). As a result, it was necessary to clear the cache.

To assist you, we have already cleared the cache, and you may now check the results on your end. Additionally, we have attached a video in the private area for your reference.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Best regards,

Hi Jack Richardson, thank you, finally good support here, really appreciate that! NOW one last issue we have (check our other support topic here in this forum)

    or here again my text:

We recently renewed our support plan specifically so you could help us resolve this issue. Our PageSpeed Insights scores are very high, ranging from 85 to 100 in performance. However, because the theme relies heavily on JavaScript (around 90% of the design is JavaScript-based), it still loads much slower than the demo shop.
We mean exactly 2 elements (on the home page) in the shop that load slowly, namely these, see picture!

    Looking forward to your support.

    Dear @Jamall,

We hope you are doing well.

Currently, the “XStore Ajaxify” option is enabled for certain widgets, which causes the content to load based on the visible scrolling area of the window. To ensure that the content is displayed immediately without waiting for JavaScript to load, we recommend disabling the “XStore Ajaxify” option for these elements. You can do so by following this link: https://prnt.sc/UVwPqMadaf6t.

For your convenience, we have temporarily deactivated this option for those widgets on your home page so that you can review the results. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Best regards,

Going back to my first problem. I can see you made this setting: ,,Excluded Stylesheets: blog-global.css”

But the problem with the bug still exists, can you check it again, because we don’t want to disable ,,Remove Unused CSS” for the whole site but if so then only for the blogs.
And clearing the cache manually every time would be too time-consuming since we plan to make about 50 blogs per day

    Or any better idea?

    Thank you so much!!!!!!

    Dear @Jamall,

We hope you are doing well.

We have checked the blog page multiple times, and the posts are displaying correctly. This issue was resolved by excluding the CSS file you mentioned while keeping the origin option active for all other cases (https://prnt.sc/66F9gKOlFAXv).

If you are seeing different results during your tests, we kindly ask you to provide us with a video recording of the blog page content loading from your side. This will help us further investigate the matter.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hello @Jamall,

    Could you please check now?

We have added the file “large.css” to the CSS exclusion option in your plugin, as it is used for the layout of single posts.
