2) To change color of top-bar add the following code into the custom.css:

.header-type-6 .top-bar {
background: #b5b5b5;
}

Don’t forget to change “#b5b5b5” to your desired color.

1) To add social icons you can use some 3rd-party plugin for this purpose.
2) To increase logo size add the following code into the custom.css and change width value to the desired:

.header-type-3 .container .menu-wrapper .logo-with-menu {
width: 250px;
}

3) You should go to Visual Composer settings and specify in which pages it should be used.

Custom.css is used for custom changes in css code. It doesn’t get overridden after theme update as well as style.css of child theme. The purpose of child theme is to safely change php files of the theme. The styles can be added either to custom.css or style.css of child theme – result will be the same.
