Getting this error on contact form submittal.

Hello @ingenuitor,

Such issue doesn’t persist on our test sites, so we need to check your installation.
Please create temporary access to WP admin panel and FTP account and provide credentials in private content.

Hello Jack,

Again I can not do this, can you point me where to look for the issue and or is there a way to ask REF: https://www.8theme.com/users/eddesignstudio/ for the answ3er, which they seemed to resolve on their oen.

Plus again I do see many others have this issue, which is always privately resolved somehow. This however then doesn’t help the community and only the individual.

Hello @ingenuitor,

Please try to change permissions to 777 for the folder themes/legenda/framework/inc/really-simple-captcha and for all folders and files inside of it.
