    We recommend you to update it to the latest version.

    Hello Roz,

    I saved one image from your media library and then tried to upload it and got the error you talked about. In this case you need contact your hosting provider support and ask them to check disk free space and directories/files permissions.

    Hello,

    I’m sorry but I don’t see child theme folder on your server. There are only “theleader” and “theleader-new” folders. Perhaps you meant custom.css file? If so the old one have been moved to the active theme directory and it works fine. Please clear browser cache and check your site now.

    1. You can enable different shipping in WP Dashboard > Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping:

    • Shipping Display Mode – select “Display shipping methods with “radio” buttons”;
    • Shipping Methods – enable needed methods.

    2. I’m sorry but Legenda is entirely different theme, and option which you want to add to checkout page of ID Store theme is additional customization that is out of our support scope.

    Hello,

    First you need import base demo content in Theme Options > Import/Export. After base demo is installed you’ll see templates variants in Theme Options > Import/Export. If you want to import a template manually using .xml file you need find the needed file in the theme package in “XML files” folder. Inside of it you’ll see the folder “Versions”. To import .xml file go to wp-admin panel Tools > Import > WordPress > upload chosen xml file, press “Upload File” and import. Check “Download and import file attachments” and press Submit button.

    Sorry for the delay. As I see your site works fine and there are no 404 errors when opening a product. If the problem still persists for you please provide us with a screenshot, a direct link to that page and FTP credentials (FTP host, FTP user, FTP password) in private content.

    Hello,

    Please add this code in custom.css file:

    #products-grid.products_grid .product-grid img {
       padding-top: 0px !important;
    }

    To create custom.css you need rename default.custom.css to custom.css in wp-content/themes/blanco directory via FTP and enable it in Blanco – Theme Settings, tick “Enable Custom CSS file”.

    Hello,

    “menu-column2” class means you’ll have only 2 columns. The maximum columns you can have are 5, I’ve changed the class to “menu-column5”. Please clear browser cache and check drop down menu now.

    Hello,

    Please update the theme to the latest version.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!


    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Hello,

    The page you imported uses Essential Grid element. As I see you imported ess. grids but didn’t create any products, and the “Product” post type is selected in Ess. Grid settings, but there is nothing to show because you don’t have any products. So go to wp-admin panel > Products > Add product.

    Connect to your site via FTP, go to wp-content/plugins directory and overwrite “masterslider” folder with the one you extracted from the archive that you downloaded at https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
