    Hi

    I noticed my website did not show properly. I have already update the theme and plugins to the latest version. I noticed that the slider, mobile menu and the add to cart button is missing. Please assist to correct these errors. Thank you!

    Same here – slider and menu are not functioning now, whereas they were after initial install a few weeks ago.

    Hello @irmankarim,

    As I see you are using old theme version. The latest version is 1.8.
    Please update the theme and required plugins to the latest versions https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/theleader/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    As I see you’ve not updated Revolution Slider and WPBakery Visual Composer plugins yet.

    You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
    enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

    Hi

    I have already download the 2 plugins and update it. Still, the revolution slider did not show, woocommerce also did not function properly. Please help!!

    Thank you! It works now. However, I have already activated my child theme but it seems like no css is being pulled from my child theme.

    Hello,

    I’m sorry but I don’t see child theme folder on your server. There are only “theleader” and “theleader-new” folders. Perhaps you meant custom.css file? If so the old one have been moved to the active theme directory and it works fine. Please clear browser cache and check your site now.

    Can you please re-install the theme for me. The price in woocommerce single page doesn’t display. It should show the price. Thank you.
