    Dear @Mohamed,

    I hope this message finds you well. We are currently reviewing the issue you reported regarding the inability to access the Sales Booster settings on your website. However, we have noticed that we do not have the necessary access to your website to fully diagnose the problem.

    To assist us in resolving this issue, could you please take the following steps?

    1. Verify that both the XStore theme and the XStore Core plugin are updated to their latest versions.
    2. Check if patch #93106689 has been successfully installed on your website. You can refer to this screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/pqlSmV_yqBw6
    3. Temporarily deactivate your WP-Rocket cache plugin to see if this resolves the issue. If the issue is resolved upon deactivation, it may be related to caching.

    Should the problem persist after following these steps, please provide us with the correct WP-admin and FTP access credentials so that we can further investigate the potential cause.

    Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

    Dear @Othmane,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have thoroughly investigated the issue you reported regarding the Sales Booster feature on your website. Our findings indicate that the problem stems from caching issues on your site.

    To illustrate this, we have compared the file content loaded in the Sales Booster panel page with the file content loaded directly from the server:

    1. File content from URL: https://prnt.sc/mJTGxTMImqA0 – This shows that the helper argument is “sales_booster” (using an underscore).
    2. File on your server: https://prnt.sc/0tDgSljZtllV => (https://prnt.sc/KKrj8lp8P8LU – This indicates “sales-booster” (using a hyphen).

    To resolve this issue, we kindly ask you to clear your website’s cache. Once this is done, you should be able to edit any feature of the Sales Booster as the correct files will be loaded.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @TheOne,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have noted that the new elements introduced require a different coding structure for vertical alignments within the theme. To accommodate these changes, we recommend implementing the following CSS snippet:

    .etheme-product-grid-item {
        display: flex;
        flex-wrap: wrap;
        flex-direction: column;
        align-items: flex-start;
        align-content: flex-start;
    }

    .etheme-product-grid-content {
        flex: 1;
        width: 100%;
        display: flex;
        flex-direction: column;
    }

    .etheme-product-grid-button {
        margin-top: auto;
        width: auto;
        align-self: center;
    }

    These adjustments should help achieve the desired layout. You can view the expected results via the following links:
    – [Screenshot 1](https://prnt.sc/b9eG1jpv-QIC)
    – [Screenshot 2](https://prnt.sc/FkhFwUFWP-mT)

    We would appreciate your feedback on whether this solution meets your expectations. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Dear @EB Collection,

    I hope this message finds you well. As previously discussed, we acknowledge that ensuring full compatibility with all existing plugins can be challenging. However, we are committed to exploring potential solutions to enhance compatibility wherever possible.

    Based on your last communication, it appears that the display is correct, but you are experiencing issues with overlapping badges. In response, we have modified the code for your plugin’s Sale badge content. You can view the updated badge arrangement here: https://prnt.sc/nsWCvliPA2Zs, where the product badges are now positioned one below the other: https://prnt.sc/7ifpRs2DvOkq.

    Should you have any further issues or specific requests, please provide a detailed description along with screenshots. We are here to assist you in resolving these matters efficiently.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Dear @Simon,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    1. Upon accessing your FTP, we encountered an empty folder, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/-fuK_JeULY4b. Consequently, we are unable to determine the cause of the “Error: 1004” message displayed on the Account page. We suspect that this error may originate from either the WooCommerce plugin or another plugin installed, as it does not appear in our XStore theme files. To further investigate, you might consider switching to a different theme, such as Storefront, and checking the My Account page to see if the issue persists.

    2. Regarding the Wishlist page, we have created a separate page for the Wishlist content, available here: https://prnt.sc/FUpXKA7mRiZT. We have selected this page in the Theme Options, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/5Vi1_h84iAe_. Consequently, the wishlist element in the header now redirects correctly, as evidenced here: https://prnt.sc/HoC3p_brvt-A.

    Thank you for your attention to these matters. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @thegaz75,

    We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you that we have updated the WordPress constant in your wp-config.php file by setting define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');. Because, in your debug you have error that caused memory limit issue -> https://prnt.sc/OJPolRxHfTkl. Additionally, we have removed the previously added code from your child-theme/functions.php file, as it was intended as a temporary debugging solution. You can view the changes here: [https://prnt.sc/bXHQGDjPmZv1].

    We are pleased to report that there are currently no errors on your frontend, which can be confirmed via this link: [https://prnt.sc/P2s2LScShkQF]. Furthermore, all pages, posts, and other content are being saved successfully, as evidenced here: [https://prnt.sc/Y_2GObVyADHm].

    Dear @thegaz75,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have encountered a few issues that require your attention:

    1. **FTP Access Error**: While attempting to access your FTP, we encountered the following error: “530 Login failed. Please verify the username and password supplied, and ensure that FTP access has been unlocked. You may need to check your control panel or contact your support team for further assistance.”

    2. **Update on Website Functionality**: We have implemented a new filter in your child-theme/functions.php: add_filter('etheme_ajaxify_elementor_widget', '__return_false');. This modification is intended to prevent XStore from Ajaxifying all Elementor widgets across the website. It appears to have resolved the frontend errors successfully as a temporary solution.

    3. **Server Error on Page Content**: We are still experiencing a server error when attempting to load specific page content, which can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/_rLTLcMRFZUS. Unfortunately, without FTP access, we are unable to diagnose the cause of this error. We kindly request that you provide us with the necessary FTP credentials.

    Additionally, it would be beneficial if you could contact your hosting provider to review the error logs. This may help identify if there are any permission limitations on your server that need to be addressed. For instance, if your WordPress admin folder is password-protected and a password is not entered, an HTTP 401 error page may be displayed on the WordPress login and admin pages.

    We appreciate your prompt attention to these matters. Ensuring smooth and efficient operation of your website is our top priority. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need further assistance.

    Dear @thegaz75,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We have reviewed the system requirements and settings for XStore, WooCommerce, and Elementor on your server, as previously discussed. It appears that the values reported do not align with the recommended configurations for these platforms. To ensure optimal performance and compatibility, it may be necessary to adjust these settings.

    We kindly suggest contacting your hosting provider to review and configure the necessary requirements correctly. It is possible that adjustments need to be made outside of the php.ini file, as indicated in your current setup: https://prnt.sc/uuK4aKMfoBLm.

    For clarity, here are the discrepancies we noted in your php.ini settings compared to the recommended values:
    max_execution_time: Currently set to 600, whereas the setting is 200 for both XStore and WooCommerce.
    post_max_size: Currently set to 200M, whereas the setting is 64M for XStore, Elementor, and WooCommerce.

    Please address these discrepancies with your hosting provider at your earliest convenience.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you require any further assistance or clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Arnan,

    We hope this message finds you well. To achieve uniform proportions for all product images on your shop page, we recommend implementing the following custom CSS as a one of possible solutions:

    .content-product .product-content-image img {
        aspect-ratio: 4/3;
        object-fit: contain;
    }

    You can view the expected outcome here: https://prnt.sc/8NI6V-e8Ndkb.

    For a similar adjustment on single product pages, please add the following CSS:

    .woocommerce-product-gallery__image img {
        aspect-ratio: 1/1;
        object-fit: cover;
    }

    Feel free to experiment with different aspect ratio proportions to find the most suitable ones for your needs.

    Dear @MOULAY Driss,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have previously provided detailed steps to reproduce certain issues, but it appears that some steps may have been overlooked, including a critical one concerning a translation error. As indicated in the screenshot provided https://prnt.sc/jheQuuSaeGIO, there was a mistake in setting specific characters for replacement. The correct format should be %1s, but it was translated as %1, which omits the necessary parameter for replacement.

    Furthermore, it is important to note that this was not the only instance of translation errors. Additional issues were found in several other strings, as evidenced by the screenshots linked below:
    – [Screenshot 1](https://prnt.sc/Fzgnw0srYcNF)
    – [Screenshot 2](https://prnt.sc/LTmWAYE4J8ZC)
    – [Screenshot 3](https://prnt.sc/zqCMdj6mSOdr), etc.

    We have taken the initiative to correct all the erroneous translation strings and have uncommented the relevant code in the system-requirements.php file. As a result, you should no longer see any errors displayed in your backend.

    Please ensure to allocate sufficient time for reviewing translations in the future to prevent similar issues from occurring.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this issue to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the error you encountered after updating to PHP 8.2.

    Based on the information you provided, it appears that the error is related to a formatting issue in the system-requirements.php file of the XStore theme. The error message indicates a problem with an unknown format specifier in a string formatting operation, which is likely due to changes in PHP 8.2 that affect how strings are handled.

    To assist you further, we would recommend the following steps:
    1. Ensure that your theme and all associated plugins are updated to their latest versions, as this can often resolve compatibility issues with newer versions of PHP.
    2. In case you have Loco translate plugin active you can have incorrect translations for such string “WP File System: Requirement – %1s — System – %2s”. Please, make sure there is correct translation for it.
    3. In case you will still see error, please, provide us correct WP-Admin + FTP access for we could check the issue and implement a fix on your web-site.

    In the meantime, if you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @gewoonbovenaan,

    We hope this message finds you well. We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully modified the structure of your website’s header to incorporate a full sticky header as per your request. All containers have now been nested within a single parent container, and the sticky settings have been correctly applied to the main container. You can view the updated header structure here: (https://prnt.sc/XgNsI3mvF0UZ).

    The sticky header is now functioning as intended, and you can see the current appearance via this link: https://prnt.sc/fAhoAgmzTrny. This setup means that the wrapper container is set as sticky, while the containers inside remain non-sticky.

    Additionally, we would like to direct your attention to our tutorial on setting up a Sticky Header, which might provide further insights and guidance: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2BDMGGzimb0&feature=youtu.be.

    Regarding your inquiry about the font-weight of icons in the header on the frontend, it appears that this issue is due to custom CSS currently applied. You can view the specific CSS here: (https://prnt.sc/dPvkOasvV8ya). Removing this CSS should restore the icons to their normal weight. Should you prefer to maintain bold icons throughout your website, we have provided an option for that scenario here: (https://prnt.sc/tsRvuLGTJbdC).

    Dear @Corrado Zanetti,

    Thank you for your interest in our services.

    You are the first to inquire about modifications for the “All/New/Sale” elements within the Spotlight Categories Elementor widget. We are pleased to provide a solution that involves adding custom CSS globally. This will allow you to display different images for each of your categories, achieving the desired effect as shown in the example -> https://prnt.sc/wjVyq1-i3UZX.

    Please find the necessary CSS below:

    .etheme-category-grid-image[data-type=all] {
        background-image: url("https://placehold.co/100x100/red/blue/png");
        background-position: center;
        font-size: 0;
    }

    .etheme-category-grid-image[data-type=new] {
        background-image: url("https://placehold.co/100x100/red/blue/png");
        background-position: center;
        font-size: 0;
    }

    .etheme-category-grid-image[data-type=sale] {
        background-image: url("https://placehold.co/100x100/red/blue/png");
        background-position: center;
        font-size: 0;
    }

    You can add this custom CSS by navigating to Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS in your admin panel. Please note that the images used in the example are placeholders. You should replace them with your own images to suit your specific needs.

    Should you require any further assistance or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @PJone,

    Thank you for your interest in our Header Builder settings. We offer various options for customizing backgrounds, adding shadows, and more, which can be accessed via our XStore Sticky Header settings here: https://prnt.sc/7LOYGKfy4DFt.

    As previously mentioned, Elementor operates under a different structural framework compared to our Customizer Header builder. Consequently, certain functionalities such as varying logos upon scrolling or color changes for all elements within the Sticky Header cannot be achieved with the current options provided. However, most popular header designs can still be implemented with the existing features in our XStore Theme package.

    Should you require further customization to achieve the specific results you desire, we invite you to submit a request for additional customization at: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

    Dear @Arnan,

    We have successfully reverted the changes as per your request. Additionally, we have conducted tests across various browsers and devices to address your main concern. I am pleased to inform you that all tests were successful. Below are the details of the browser versions we tested:

    **Safari:**
    – Version 16.6 (18615.3.12.11.2)
    – Version 14.1.2 (14611.3.10.1.7)

    **Chrome:**
    – Version 124.0.6367.201 (official) (x86_64)
    – Version 116.0.5845.187

    We have identified a potential issue regarding the non-loading of Theme Options on your end, which may be due to incorrect translations that are causing critical errors. We recommend reviewing and correcting these errors. You can find the problematic lines at the following links:

    Dear @Aulakh, Sam,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have received your recent communication regarding the issue you observed on your website, described as “strange I still see this.” Upon review, it appears that this issue is distinct from the ones we have previously addressed and successfully resolved.

    In response to your current concern, we have conducted a thorough examination of your website’s frontend and have not identified the issues you mentioned. You can view the screenshot of our findings here: [https://prnt.sc/Iw04l4vI3iVN]. Additionally, it is important to note that the header on your testing website is built using Elementor, whereas the header on the main site is constructed with Customizer, which might contribute to the differences you are experiencing.

    Furthermore, while inspecting the Home page through the Elementor editor, we encountered several errors that appear to be related to your server or CDN configuration. This is indicated by discrepancies between your website’s URL and the URLs of the files being loaded. More details can be found in the private content section of our correspondence.

    To streamline our support and address your concerns more efficiently, we kindly request that you submit separate topics for each distinct issue in the future.

    I hope this message finds you well. We have successfully accessed your website and noticed that a cache plugin is currently active. It appears that this plugin is causing the sidebar to display differently for logged-in and non-logged-in users.

    For users who are logged in, we observed that only the Categories widget is visible in the sidebar, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/mFYb15qmz0wZ. However, when viewing the same page in incognito mode, an older version of the sidebar appears, likely due to caching: https://prnt.sc/cpCs9OX2HD6Y.

    To manage and configure the widgets in your sidebar, please navigate to your Dashboard and select Widgets at this link: https://prnt.sc/fN3hmjw7XgAd. For testing purposes, we added another widget to the Main sidebar area, which is now visible on the page when logged in: https://prnt.sc/dGOjixVfMUDo. We then cleared the cache for this page: https://prnt.sc/GXcGC0HZ9bDc, and upon rechecking in incognito mode, the updated content was displayed: https://prnt.sc/UmiY21FKoQQx.

    We recommend activating cache plugins only after your website content is approximately 85-90% complete. This approach minimizes the need to frequently clear the cache to see updates.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Kind regards,

    Dear @Sam,

    I hope this message finds you well. I would like to inform you that the visibility and position of the scrollbar in your browser are influenced by the browser settings used by each user. For instance, adjusting the max-height of sidebar widgets in your settings can affect scrollbar visibility. You can view an example of the adjustment here from our browser: (https://prnt.sc/JaPT5_vxwuHx).

    It is important to note that the scrollbar may appear differently to your customers depending on their individual browser configurations. To ensure a consistent user experience, you may want to familiarize yourself with the browser settings. For guidance on configuring these settings in Chrome, you can refer to the following documentation: (https://developer.chrome.com/docs/web-platform/chrome-flags). Additionally, this tutorial might be helpful: (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M3t1wYWiHEI).

    Should you require any further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,

    Dear @gewoonbovenaan,

    We have conducted several inspections and noticed that you are currently utilizing the Elementor PRO Cart widget on your Cart page, as seen here: https://prnt.sc/LLBrkW8S9c9-. It appears that this widget is not a part of our XStore suite.

    Given this situation, you have a couple of options. You may wish to reach out to Elementor PRO Support for assistance with fixing or adding typography options for the texts within their widget. Alternatively, you could consider using our XStore Cart Page widget, which not only offers extensive customization options but also guarantees full support for any issues that may arise. You can view our widget here: https://prnt.sc/JQAI49egr_5N.

    For your reference, here are a few examples of how our XStore Cart page is used in our demos:

    – Furniture: https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor2/furniture3/cart/
    – Niche Market: https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/niche-market02/cart/
