    Dear @TheOne,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Based on the screenshots provided, it appears that your email templates were created in the Slovenian language. However, the emails received are in English. This discrepancy suggests that translated templates for different languages may not have been created within your email templates.

    To enable translations, we recommend activating the relevant option in the WPML settings. You can find a visual guide for this step here: https://prnt.sc/L0QezUK6wan6. Once activated, please ensure that the content of your email templates is configured according to the language settings of your site.

    For further guidance, you may refer to the documentation for our Email Builder at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/email-builder-translation/.

    Should you have any questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Grace,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The names of customers displayed in the popup are selected randomly. If you are consistently seeing the same names, this is indeed unusual. We have conducted multiple checks on our end, and no repeated names were observed in the popup display.

    To assist you further, could you kindly provide us with the specific names that are appearing repeatedly and not changing? Additionally, it might be helpful to review the settings on your side, as there could potentially be a typo or an issue in the customer settings field.

    We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this matter promptly.

    Dear @Khurram Virk,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We attempted to access the Elementor settings on your website but encountered the following message from your server: https://prnt.sc/GxYbjYy-zdxg.

    Additionally, we proceeded to deactivate the following option on your website: https://prnt.sc/IbIu_vI5Y9Gs. We kindly request that you review the results now, as it appears that this particular option was causing a conflict with the proper loading of CSS files for widgets utilizing the Ajaxify feature on the pages you previously shared with us.

    Please let us know if the issue persists or if further assistance is required.

    Dear @uttam pradhan,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Unfortunately, we are currently unable to access your website as it does not seem to be loading. As a result, we are unable to review it at this time.

    Regarding your query, we previously recommended using a plugin that allows you to add custom code to the head tag. We kindly suggest referring to the documentation for the plugin to proceed with this solution.

    Alternatively, you can add custom code by copying the xstore/header.php file to your child-theme/header.php and inserting the required code there. However, we strongly recommend using the plugin-based solution, as it is a more efficient and reliable approach compared to directly modifying files in the child theme.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Alba Tech,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We have reviewed the website you shared and would like to inform you that mobile devices do not support hover effects. This is the reason why the hover state of products is not functioning on mobile devices.

    As an alternative, we recommend switching to a different type of hover effect and testing it on both desktop and mobile devices to ensure compatibility.

    We appreciate your understanding on this matter. Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Oliver,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    In this particular case, your request appears to involve additional customization. Since the functionality you are referring to is related to a separate plugin, your inquiry about displaying the lowest price from the product settings of that plugin does not constitute an issue or bug with our theme. Instead, it falls under the category of a customization request.

    We kindly invite you to submit your customization request through the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

    We appreciate your understanding of our support guidelines and are here to assist you further if needed.

    Dear @Dan,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to identify a suitable solution for your issue. As a next step, we kindly suggest creating a new blank page and attempting to activate the desired option there. This will help determine whether the issue is specific to the homepage content or if it occurs globally across your site.

    Additionally, you may consider setting up a local or staging website where you can test this option using a default theme, such as “Hello Elementor” or “Storefront.” This approach can help isolate the issue and provide further insights.

    Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @TheOne,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that the alignment of the arrows on your website is correct by default. However, the custom CSS you have added has altered this alignment, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/CmowY7rosFZd. Once the custom CSS is removed, the arrows display correctly, as demonstrated here: https://prnt.sc/cxJeJz-GLkJ6.

    Dear @B,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    It has come to our attention that you are using a custom product type for the product in question, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/p8Lk_5F57xpk. Please note that due to the nature of custom product types, the Ajax functionality may not perform as expected.

    If you plan to use such custom product types extensively on your website, additional customization may be required to ensure the proper implementation of this feature. Alternatively, you can keep the “Ajax Add to Cart” option disabled to ensure smooth functionality across all product types.

    Should you wish to enable the Ajax Add to Cart feature for custom product types like this one, you have the following options:
    1. Submit a feature request via our roadmap: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/
    2. Request additional customization through your account: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel/

    Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or require assistance.

    Hello @Jodhpur Store

    We don’t have the admin access to your web-site so we give you below some hints about the implementations:
    1/ Open the header template editor and click on the ‘Find a store’ element. Select advanced tab and scroll to the Custom CSS section at the bottom. Add next code there:

    selector .nav-sublist-dropdown {
        max-height: 50vh;
        min-height: 200px;
        overflow: auto;
    }

    2/ You should open the Single product builder and change the content of such element. For more information about using our Single product builder you can check the documentation of it -> https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/.

    	$email_types[] = 'b2bking_your_account_approved_email';
    	$email_types[] = 'b2bking_new_message_email';
    	$email_types[] = 'b2bking_new_customer_requires_approval_email';
    	$email_types[] = 'b2bking_new_customer_email';
    	return $email_types;

    Dear @Khurram Virk,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    If you would like to modify the tag for the Reviews section, you can achieve this by copying the following file:

    xstore/woocommerce/single-product-reviews.php

    Paste it into the corresponding directory in your child theme:

    child-theme/woocommerce/single-product-reviews.php

    Once copied, you can edit the h2 tag within the file to suit your specific requirements.

    Dear @Szocs Attila,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have conducted a test on your website’s resources, and you can download the results using the link provided below. Upon reviewing the findings, we would like to share some observations and recommendations for improving your website’s performance.

    It appears that the WooCommerce plugin is responsible for a significant portion of the resource load. To address this, we suggest reducing the number of products displayed on your shop page. Currently, 24 products are being shown, which may be contributing to the slower loading time of the shop page. After making this adjustment, we recommend testing the page again to evaluate the impact.

    Additionally, we advise reaching out to WooCommerce support for further assistance. As indicated in the attached screenshots, the primary source of the issue seems to be related to the WooCommerce plugin itself. Their team may be able to provide more specific guidance or solutions.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Grace,

    The width options for Containers that you are currently referring to and modifying are part of the core functionality of the Elementor plugin. These options are provided by Elementor as a basic feature of their system. For more detailed information on configuring Containers, you can refer to their official documentation here: https://elementor.com/help/container-element/.

    If you encounter any bugs specifically related to our elements, we would be happy to assist you. However, we kindly recommend familiarizing yourself with the correct structure and usage of these basic elements. In many cases, setting the width for each container may not be necessary, though it could be required in certain scenarios.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @Raghoo,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    The issues you are encountering in your error log appear to be related to a known problem within WooCommerce. Specifically, it seems that some variable products have been converted to simple products. As a result, the code initially designed to handle variable products is now being applied to simple products, which is likely causing the errors.

    We kindly recommend reaching out to WooCommerce support for assistance in addressing this issue. They should be able to help you resolve the unexpected switching of products from variable to simple and provide a suitable solution.

    Should you require any further assistance from our side, please do not hesitate to let us know.

    Dear @d88dcjj,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We would like to inform you that the information displayed in our Waitlist table is based on the default WooCommerce functions. As such, the stock status shown in the table for a given product reflects the same status as displayed in the default WooCommerce products table. You can refer to this example for clarification: https://gyazo.com/a68f83a170fd32d95acb66171d91ec0f.

    This indicates that the issue is not related to our theme but is consistent with the default stock status field in WooCommerce. Therefore, we recommend contacting WooCommerce support directly to address this matter, as the incorrect stock status appears to originate from their product table.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @IT-Spectrum,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Could you kindly confirm if you have conducted a test using a default theme, such as Storefront? Performing this test is essential to determine how the functionality behaves with a basic theme. If the same issues persist while using the default theme, it would indicate that the problem is not related to our theme but rather to the plugin being used for AJAX filtering. In such a case, we recommend reaching out to the plugin’s support team for further assistance.

    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
