Unfortunately there is no possibility to use different types of header. Only one type can be used.
You can create Marriage (or Street Photo) variants using Essential Grid plugin:
1. Go to Theme Options > Header > select 14 (or 13) type of header
2. Import Essential Grid as described in our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/index.html#!/essential_grid
3. Go to Pages > Add new. Use visual Composer and add Essential Grid element. Select Royal Marriage (or Grid 1). All Page Layout settings (Sidebar, footer, heading) should be disabled. Save page and set it as Front page in Settings > Reading.

Ecommerce template is installed by default when you install demo data in Theme Options. Please find Home page in Pages section of wp-admin panel and check it.
If there are still difficulties we recommend you to clear your database and reinstall demo data due to our documentation.
