Lost Order History - by CJMillar82 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    We seem to have lost our order history when we had to do a backup/restore due to theme issues with WooCommerce and the current version of the theme.

    Everything is now functioning on the site – YAY! – but when we tried to import the old ordered, we see the order count on top of the page as (126) but we only see 7 orders listed there. All of the orders prior are recognized in the system but we can’t access them at all. Please help!

    I can’t figure out how to show the orders – I know they are there because the total order count is accurate, however we need to be able to see prior order history and stats and details. Any ideas?

    Hello,

    Please check if the issue persists with default WordPress theme. If so, then you need contact Woocommerce support concerning this problem.
