Diffrent Menu and Theme Template for a specific page

Good Day Support,

Could you please advise what are the possibilities to add a diffrent template for one (1) specific page on the website? For example for my Gallery Page I would like to make use of one of these template:

Or
https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/?page_id=18658&et_styles=0-13-1-8-0-1

I would like to use the same style look and feel and also the menus to the left as they are for theae templates. Now for my website I am using a diffrent template of the Royal theme and diffrent menu header styles as can see via (please check private)

Would this be possible? And also what are the setp to do this?

Maybe can share some print screen shots in case the steps are very long ..

Hello,

Unfortunately there is no possibility to use different types of header. Only one type can be used.
You can create Marriage (or Street Photo) variants using Essential Grid plugin:
1. Go to Theme Options > Header > select 14 (or 13) type of header
2. Import Essential Grid as described in our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/index.html#!/essential_grid
3. Go to Pages > Add new. Use visual Composer and add Essential Grid element. Select Royal Marriage (or Grid 1). All Page Layout settings (Sidebar, footer, heading) should be disabled. Save page and set it as Front page in Settings > Reading.

Thanks Eva.

I’m looking also at the option to import the wordpress on one separate page to only reflect the Wedding or the Photographer Royal Theme. However I’m scrolling true the import options now in the Theme Options but do not see the one of the Wedding or the Photographer. Are these not available to use the Demo?

You need import Essential Grid data as described in our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/index.html#!/essential_grid and create a page as I described in the last post.

Good Day Eva,

Thanks for the information. I did the import and also all the rest. Can you do a sample for me on the Home Page to reflect the same as this page ” https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/?page_id=18658&et_styles=0-13-1-8-0-1 “?

Afterwards I will do the rest with the import of the correct pictures. Please also note that I would like the option to make the picture bigger when click on each picture.

The login credentials are in private mode.

Hi Eva,

Just to clarify, there is only one page which you will see when you login. Which is the (Gallery) page. This one I would like to make the changes above to it.

Hello,

You can create one page with gallery using Essential Grid plugin and Essential Grid element in Visual Composer editor. Unfortunately header type can’t be changed only for one page. Sorry.

Hello,

I’ve created a gallery grid in Essential Grid settings and selected Essential Grid element from Visual Composer in your Gallery page.
The images are loaded from posts that are their featured images. Please check Ess. Grid Posts section in wp-admin panel.

With regards to the images I was able to change them 🙂 but was not able to find the options to have the pictures like this:

Is there any way I can customize the space/height/width just like the one above? The demo of Royal looks very nice with some pictures having more height/width ..

Please select “WILSON (COBBLES)” essential grid type while creating/editing grid layout.

I wasn’t able to see “WILSON (COBBLES)” but did found Woodrow Wilson. Are they the same? Also how to create or edit the grid layout?

Can you provide print screen shots maybe based on the same height/width of the Royal Demo?

Hi Eva,

Thanks I now see your reply. However I am trying to edit or make the changes to have it looks just like the picture below:

I have colored the pictures in red which shows how would I like the first/second/third row width and height. Also I went true the options ( https://s3.amazonaws.com/fvd-data/notes/168674/1426867641-nlsPhD/screen.png ) you mentioned above but still does not see the width or the height changing.

Still it shows as follow:

Maybe can provide were exactly to change the height or width or do a sample of the first row and afterwards I will do the rest base on your instructions?

Hello,

When you set how many items to show in a row the images resize to fit the available width.
Please refer to the plugin documentation:
